Kabrina was amazing and really was helping solve a mystery illness that's been affecting me going on for almost 4 months now. She asked me to document my blood pressure for a few weeks and come back. I did that. Had a really bad episode and came back where I was seen by another older male doctor. He didn't even look at the blood pressure documentation. It took all of my willpower just to make it in that day. I was confused and could barely stand. My whole body was numb and tingling. I was really hoping for some kind of help or testing. Instead, this doctor kept looking at my long hair and telling me that I was taking too much Percocet (just had a surgery and was given Percocet) despite me telling him that I wasn't taking it often because I didn't like how it made me feel he just kept looking at my long hair and making a face like I was just a druggie because of my long hair. I told him this was going on since early February and asked him about my symptoms and if he's ever heard of anything like what I'm experiencing and he just scoffed at me with a sarcastic smile telling me it was the Percocet. Then he told me to see a different doctor. I couldn't believe I was treated like this. It was abhorrent. I still gave 2 stars because Kabrina was absolutely helpful, caring, professional, and intelligent. Unfortunately, I worry that anyone who is not from "the church" won't get proper care here by the doc that saw me. That dude should have his license pulled for treating patients that way. I should have went to the ER, but I found a new Dr now and he seems really good and like he knows that long hair is more of a personal choice on style than a sign...

If I could give this Urgent Care a negative -⭐I would my husband was injured at work I rushed there to be by his side the doctor was rude and in such a rush he actually caused my husband more pain I even had to explain to the Dr. how to work the knee immobilizer. My husband was on crutches my hands were full of his belongings, my belongings and no one was there to help open a door no one was there to assist him outside and then I was shouted at from the little nurses station behind the reception desk for all to hear, He needs to come back here and do a UA...no problem could you help a little please? but the blonde nurse sits there looking at me like she doesn't understand English like I was speaking some kind of Aboriginal language. then has the audacity to have an attitude with me when I asked her politely to open the door because I couldn't my hands were full and my husband couldn't he was on crutches they did not assist him to the restroom. I will say the receptionist was actually kind and finally got him a wheelchair to bring him out to the car but other than the receptionist this place is a joke I go to Blackfoot Medical next to Ridley and that place is phenomenal compared to to this place and it's literally right across the street if you care about yourself and your loved ones do not take them to this facility take them Anywhere But here. Both times we’ve went in only one provider was working. Our first visit we waited an hour and half. On our last visit we waited over 2 and a half hours to be seen. Thats a long and difficult wait for very sick kids. The receptionist was kind and helpful, and our provider Hillary (on our second visit) was exceptional. It’s just very hard to have those kind of wait times. Update: my husband was seen over the weekend and diagnosed with pneumonia. I called Monday to get a doctors note for him to send to work and school and the woman on the phone told me “I might not be able to remember to do that for you.” I tried to problem solve through the issue and see if there wasn’t some solution we could come up with, but ultimately she told me the provider who my husband saw very rarely comes to that clinic, she doesn’t know if she’ll be able to get a hold of said provider, and there’s absolutely no other way to get a doctors note. Seems an unusual response from a medical clinic. I asked several times if there was someone else that might be able to help me, but I was told the manger manages several different facilities so she’s rarely available.
