On 1-27 about 6 pm (for manager references to who else was working) I went through the drive-thru and ordered dinner and a drink. Jasmine C. was rude and ignorant when I asked for the drink "starry", one of the menu choices. She snapped back with "what is that??!" I said "it's a soda choice, it's listed on your menu." And I listed their drinks for her. Again she snapped "We don't have that. I don't even know what that is. What do you want to drink?" Again I said "Starry like the menu says." " We don't have that!" "Well your menu says you do so you might want to suggest that they fix that." Again rude she says "what do you want?" At this point I can't believe she's not got smart enough to decipher what drink would replace starry, (since they don't have what's on the menu) and because I haven't been told what they DO have, again, I said 'Starry, or Sprite or 7up or Sierra mist, whichever one you have." Again rudely she says "is it 7up?" I said "No... It's starry, just like your menu says, but if that's what you have is 7-up, then I guess that's what it is. And instead of treating your customers like idiots maybe tell your manager to change your board to match what actually serve!??" After Jasmine took my order she sent someone else to the window to take my money. Apparently "little" Jasmine C. wasn't brave enough to face me at the window, but suddenly got brave and brought my food to my car to see who I was and be a snippy little "B" one last time. Read moreCouldn't tell u about the food. Never got any. No worker showed up at the counter. It was around 2 pm and there were 2 people (an elderly couple in the dining room eating). The lady got up and walked to the ordering counter in front of us. We all stood there for over 10 minutes. She repeatedly called out "HELLO!" five times, during the 10 minutes, shrugged her shoulders eventually an went back to her seat. We stood there longer and then decided to leave since apparently the workers were on break or doing something more important than being there for their customers. We should have helped ourselves to frozen treats or a cake in the freezers and left, I know none of the workers would have even known, just the couple that was there eating. We left wishing them good luck and went to Artic Circle. At least we knew there would be people working there and they have great service and good fresh hot food and great ice cream and shakes! I've read the reviews on your restaurant and it's clear you will probably be closed soon if you don't listen to the people and get your customer service and act together. Every restaurant that has occupied that space has closed starting with Kentucky Fried Chicken. That piece of real estate must be cursed. But frachise owner of this Dairy Queen could change it around. Read moreEvery time I go here they mess up my order. They always have a wait time of 20+ minutes even if there's only a few cars in line. I have sat there and watched them give my order to the car behind me a resolve with those customers and get them put of the line. Once they took care of the customer behind me they rush an order out to me and did not explain what happened. I know what happened because I sat there and watched it all happen bit they were too worried about the other customer that they wouldn't turn around and look at me. Today I was in the drive through and I wanted a banana split. Too darn bad because they are out of Bananas. So I ordered a peanut buster Sunday with caramel and pecans instead of the normal hot fudge and peanuts. I did not get what I wanted after waiting 20+ minutes and I scraped off the top in the parking lot because it was covered in peanuts that I specifically did not want and asked them to take it off. If the management and owners cannot get it together produce better service then close. There is no reason to screw up every single order.
Do not go here if you want anything good. You'll pay top dollar for ice-cream and food and get stale and half...
