Bloomfield Plaza — Local services in Bloomfield Township

My on line pickup order was excellent. The shopper that processed my order did an outstanding job. As usual for Ninos my produce was way over the top. A five star rating would not do it justice.

My only problem was getting home delivery. After portions of two days and numerous email attempts I discovered the problem. My Waterford zip code was not one of the chosen service areas. I find that unfortunate. I know they cut off somewhere but this boundary was not totally thought out. My subdivision is too close to their drawn boundaries. It is directly across the street from the West Bloomfield boundary. Delivery service here would not result in any additional time or expense. Can’t blame that on my store. The West Bloomfield store employees are superb and they complete the in store service. Looking around every and any isle is far above any other store. Everything there is so perfect it looks artificial. I am old, handicapped, and have a limited immune system. I am here and ready to shop in store when I can. I miss my Ninos outing. Fortunately they have a efficient pickup system just not home delivery. Need more stars to further express...

Love the store. However, some of the staff could be better. I'm busy running all day. At the end of my day today, all I wanted was to grab a few items to eat and go home to rest. Not one but two cashiers were rude to me. I was told I wasn't next in line after I had been waiting in the same line everyone else was and I was the very next person. Everyone in line saw I was next. I don't get it. Why am I in a heated conversation about my place in line and then being told that I would be taken care of "this time" because you thought I wasn't next??? What? So much for customer service. Who says that. . . . "This time". The receipt shoved in my hand from the next cashier was just over the top. I get the same service from the manager there, so I guess that's what I should expect.

I have other Nino's to go to. I'm sure that will make them happy anyway. I can't deal with that...

The Kroger s 4stars,the Lee's beauty saloon At : 25780 middlebelt,Farmington Hills,Mi.48336. Horrible service.The day I visited Lees.at that location. The man&women would not help me, I and this other lady the only ones in the store.Seems,like They knew her ,conversation whys.They were talking politics Both associates or managers,did not help me .I ask the man associate where something was,he just pointed to the back.I never end up finding the product. I had my arms full of stuff,as I got to the register.And I thought🤔 Why wait for these associates ,clearly,not helping me,go some where else. So I left everything at register and walked off. I remember They had a floor fan, maybe a leak.I've been To other Lee' s great service. Just this location. On this day.so I give this location a 0.Only put 1 star to get...
