The UPS Store — Local services in Bloomfield Township

This UPS store #305 has literally been a Godsend, not just because it’s close to home, but the customer service is impeccable. After the holidays, I had so many things to return back to Amazon, it literally was A LOT of items, but they were so patient, and incredibly courteous, and processed each one with a smile. I noticed they had printing services, and asked about it, via email. This is where I have to tell you how incredible Bryan G. was and is. He answered my million questions and broke down the pricing so I was able to understand. He always got back to me in less than 30 minutes, and was always polite. I ended up ordering some bookmarks for my nieces to pass out to classmates, and I sent Bryan the image in the morning, and he had them all printed and ready for pickup in a few hours !!! Customer satisfaction is clearly very important, and you can feel that in everything he does. He always has a smile. I couldn’t pick this up right away because after my second covid vaccine, I wasn’t feeling well, so I let him know, and he was very kind. If anyone is close to this UPS store, please visit, you won’t be disappointed at all.

Edit : I’m coming back to say I truly had the pleasure of meeting Bryan today, and he’s every bit as awesome I knew he would be !! My Bookmarks are incredible !! Had a package sent out on Monday, paying for it to be guaranteed by Friday. I didn’t get the package until Monday. I went in to talk to the store manager who simply told me she’s not responsible for the drivers and handed me a 1-800 number (which I had already received from an employee). When I told her I called that number already and only got a machine she said to hit 0 until someone picks up then showed me to the door.
