Would have given a 0 Star, if there was a provision for that. Most horrible experience buying locally. Spent over $6000 on 3 Serta mattresses etc. (brand one should stay away from). The sales person recommended and pushed the sale based on ridiculous Q&A and some un realistic computer analysis. The mattresses became real saggy within 3 years causing severe back pain and sleep problems. Kittles customer service send a technician twice and recorded using a non-validated crazy method to measure the depression on the cushion to be just below the required specification for warranty coverage by Serta (of course, "fine print" for the 10 year warranty !!) Their response, keep using it till the depression is 1.5" (or ofcourse till you break your back completely- which ever happens sooner). They will not even contact the manufacturer or even attempt to talk with the serta sales rep and try to help out. Save yourself the agony and do not buy anything from this store or any other Kittles store. Consider Costco or Sams for sure.

Read moreI felt invisible during our visit to the store. The sales person directed her attention solely to my husband who she said she had always wanted to meet. It was ironic because I had dragged him to the store and he couldn't care less about furniture and I am the one who makes the decisions about buying our furniture. After we had spent a significant amount of time in the store and were leaving she said “It was so nice to finally get to meet you Mr. __.” I was so taken aback. Then after a full minute she blurted out “Oh and you too.” The sales person (Sandy) called with our total and said she would be happy to pick out the fabric for our pillows. Why would I want her to do that?!?! I went into the store the next day with swatches of material of my fabrics from the other furniture in my room and carefully chose my fabrics. She told me when my husband or myself was ready to pay, the ticket was waiting. She called again the next day to say the same thing. UPDATE: I purchased a sofa and loveseat in JUNE. Was told it would arrive the first week of September. Every time I call to check the status, I am told "2 more weeks." Here it is, now November, and I still don't have my furniture, which was paid for in full when I purchased it. It's nearly impossible to get a return phone call. The manager finally returned my call and guess what he said? "Two more weeks." He then went on to tell me about the cargo ships stranded off the coast of California...my furniture is coming from China now??? I will NEVER shop with them again and I suggest you don't either.
