I drove from MT. WASHINGTON to LOUISVILLE KY and then waited in line another 20 minutes to be told by someone at the drive thru window âSorry testing is done for today.â I said well thatâs not what was told to me on the phone and I have been on hold for almost an hour. She said yeah Sorry about that.
When I asked to speak to the manager which happened to be the pharmacist, she literally came to the window YELLING. She was CLEARLY HAVING A BAD DAY. This is UNACCEPTABLE and I WILL REPORT...

I even had the dentistâs office on the phone and they talked to a pharmacy employee. Said I could be a scammer. The prescription was on the dentistâs letter head. My daughter was with me and he could have verified her identity. Instead, he left my daughter in pain from an infected tooth. I went to a Kroger pharmacy and didnât have any problem. The address of this CVS pharmacy is 10490 Shelbyvill Road I think. CVS needs to train the pharmacist with management skills. He said he had instructions from CVS not to fill any pain medication subscriptions with it...
   Read morenot a happy warm environment.. drive thru is closed more than open.. or at least when I go there... slow in processing.. they never answer the phone.. the pharmacist is ok most of the time but you can tell he is stressed out 99 % of the time...the counter help needs to be retrained in my opinion.. look the pandemic is over get a staff in that is customer friendly and is capable of being pleasant and friendly.. pay them and tell them shape up or good-bye.. there are a lot of people that will work... this is just LAZY MANAGEMENT AND IT'S EVERYWHERE, time to take back customer service with strong MANAGERS... this is just my opinion and my...
