Went to pick the pizza up. Instead of it being in the warmer it was on the counter, the food was cold, and then it wasn't taped shut. When the box fell on accident we lost our dinner because they were lazy and negligent. Next time sticker the lid closed and put it into the warmer that's what the code is for. It's not cheap to buy pizza but it's even worse when it's cold and you have an accident like dropping the box and the lid pops open. That's negligent both to cold food on the counter not stickered closed where other people can mess with it just sitting there. Why do you have heaters if your not using them to keep food .... Heated?? Very irritated. Yes it was my fault the pizza was dropped that's on me but it's y'all's poor service my food was left out and basically able to be tempered with.
Pass this place and dont waste your money here it's to hard earned to throw away on cold food.
Update: took a 5 dollar pizza out of their heater sprinkled pretzel salt on it and put the label on it and called it mine. Now that's just sad. Really. Y'all serve pizza. Do it better or quit. I'm not asking for a smile or anything amazing. I just want hot accurate food that can't be tampered with in a heater! Thanks for adding salt to my nearly not at all remotely right pretzel pizza. Now that's some seriously bad service and neglect. Ruined my dinner all because you hate your life and job. That's mean. You don't even have to like your job or even go fast I wouldnt say a word. But at least have the decency if your slow to make the food right and use the tools given to you to at least make it hot.

Read moreMy family and I visit this location quite often! At least once a week. Normally the service is fast and I never have an issue, but the past two times we've had to wait over 30 minutes. Tonight was the last straw! I ordered through the app for the first time to cut down on the wait, but I ended up waiting longer than people who just ordered at the counter! When I placed the order, it told me it would be ready at 6:50, with a 20 minute wait time, which was fine. I ended up getting there at 6:57. The pizza was not in the pizza portal. The young man at the counter had told me it would be ready soon, and I didn't really mind to wait an extra few minutes.. which then turned into 10 minutes. 15 minutes. 20 minutes. After 25 minutes a young man who I assume was a shift manager comes over to ask what I was waiting on. I told him my situation and he walks back to check on it and offers me a zesty bread to compensate for the wait, and he puts it in the warming box. Finally, after 30 minutes of waiting, I get my pizza and crazy bread. I wasn't given the zesty bread I was offered and was sent on my way. During the time I was there, the young teens were playing on their phones in the back and joking around. The lack of urgency is appalling. I gave two stars because the pizza isn't bad, its convenient most of the time, and the place is always clean.. Read moreIt's once again my pleasure to give my ratings. I called Friday August 8th and ordered a large pizza half pepperoni half supreme. I paid for this order over the phone with my debit card. When I got the pizza the pizza was completely supreme. I called Little Caesars, told them that the pizza was wrong and the young girl told me that they can either remake it and send it back to me or they could give me a refund. I told them I want three fine I said. But I can wait 24 to 48 hours for it to get back on my account in the bank. They saying that they don't take calls and payments over the phone and I clearly have this information where I actually called and spoke with someone and gave him my debit card number. I want my refund and since they laughed and and think it's a big joke they under heavy spiritual judgment from the almighty most high God for playing and lying over the phone cuz it's amazing how I was able to call and place an order on Friday but today is Tuesday and they don't do it they just do it on the app. My question is is it their choice to just do it over the app today? Another question is because I don't use doordash I don't use the app. I'm older. How did the doordash get my number and deliver the food and I don't even use this stuff.
