This was my FIRST time ordering and will be my LAST!!! I ordered a lunch special and ask what comes in fried rice? I was told carrots, peas and onions. I ask for NO ONIONS. Due to falling this morning and hurting my knee my neighbor went to pickup food for me. When, I opened it. The rice had NOTHING in it!!! I called and spoke to manager. He apologized and said he would talk to kitchen staff. He didn't offer to make it right. I said, I didn't get what, I ordered or paid for. He then said, I could get a Free egg role on my next order. Why should, I have to pay for more food to be compensated for their error. I only went there due to China Cafe being g closed on Monday's. I had no intention of going back ESPECIALLY how this was handled!!! Finally told me I could bring the rice back and exchange it. I explained, I was hurt as to why, I didn't pick up to begin with. We are talking about RICE .How much could that cost to replace?? Really!!! I said, I was hungry and was going to eat it but could take a picture to show no vegetables were in it. He said that wasn't their policy. Ok well you being SO CHEAP and uncooperative just cost you more than that .50. Their food isn't as good as China Cafe and Customer Service sucks too!!!

Read moreI hadn’t been here for at least a year due to moving, but I always loved it. I decided to stop in and get a carry out. 6 vegetable egg rolls Vegetable fried rice with extra onions Vegetable chow mein with some crisp noodles on the side Vegetable egg foo young with an extra container of gravy General Tso’s chicken
The fried rice was mushy, way over cooked, and had absolutely NO flavor what so ever. Nothing not even salt. No Chinese flavor here.
The egg rolls had nothing in them , but some type of greenery of one kind. No carrots or other veggies and absolutely no flavor or Chinese seasoning.
The egg foo young had some flavor, but the gravy lacked seasoning. They failed to give us our second dish of gravy. I have had better elsewhere.
The General Yao’s Chicken lack any type of spice at all and had more of a BBQ taste and stickiness to it.
I was so disappointed I could cry after driving all the way from Bardstown, Ky.
The food was like it was either over cooked or plain cooked, but the cook forgot to season anything. Nothing had any flavor at all. I didn’t ask for a bland diet.
Just wasted $4.00 shy of $60.00!
Never going back...
