Bellini Baby & Teen Furniture — Local services in Boca Raton

I went in today (on a Sunday). I knew exactly what I wanted/ needed: The Babyletto Kiwi Glider in Cream Performance Eco-Weave.

The only issue is that is sold out absolutely everywhere and due to shipping delays from the pandemic, it wouldn't be available to ship until October/ November. With my baby being due early August, I knew that I needed to hope + pray that a local retailer had inventory on hand.

I immediately though of the major retailers, but they were also completely sold out. After much research, I found Bellini and boy am I grateful. I sent them an email earlier this week and they responded that they had inventory.

Fast forward to today, I stopped in an Michael and Suzanne were working. They were very sweet and attentive. Michael knew their inventory on hand and assured me that this item was in stock in their warehouse and could be delivered to me (delivery free) by this upcoming Friday.

Suzanne showed me another chair similar in price which was also comfortable, but unfortunately it was only available in grey until January. They were both great! I really appreciated Michael's knowledge on inventory and fabric quality, especially since I'm such an in/ out shopper.

I moved to Florida while pregnant with my first. I initially ordered my furniture (crib, dresser/changing table, & glider/recliner chair) from pottery barn HOWEVER the promise time for delivery of my crib kept getting pushed off again and again. FAST FORWARD 3 months....

My newborn is here, and reasonably so, I started stressing and realized I needed a small business where I would receive personalized service—WELL I GOT IT❣️❣️The owner Michael answered the phone and immediately I knew I had to come in. He was beyond amazing, along with his wife Suzy. I picked out a set that I really loved and because he only had the crib available new from his warehouse, he offered me the floor sample (his only one) which was in PERFECT condition without hesitation. I got my beautiful set delivered within a couple of days.

I cannot brag enough about the exceptional service and care from this family owned business! It really does take a village and Michael & Suzt are a huge part of my village :) I highly recommend this business. You won’t be disappointed.

I recently bought a dresser for my daughter’s room on wayfair that ended up being discontinued and this was never delivered to me (although I also bought the matching hutch via wayfair and did get that even though I had no dresser to match it to, sigh) I found the discontinued dresser on Bellini’s website so called the store to see if they really did have it. While they also confirmed the item had been discontinued they offered to sell me the one they had on the show room floor (I had called several other furniture stores and other stores refused me this option). I was so thrilled and Michael at the store was so gracious and helpful and expedient. My dresser arrived, meticulously wrapped and shipped across the country and I’m so thankful for his kindness and willingness to help out a complete stranger who didn’t even live locally to his store. Would recommend shopping here for anyone as it was a great customer...
