So So So frustrated. In December I went to the store and after looking at coffee makers, I decided to make a purchase. I bought 1 of the $3000 coffee makers, with a $250 attachment and bought $300 in pots, When I went to checkout, the lady said, we have a special promotion where you get 10% cash back if you sign up for key rewards and purchase with a william sonoma credit card. I said, I dont need another credit card, but this is almost $4000 worth of stuff and I would get $400 back, so why not. I applied and got approved, but for only $2000. SO I maxed out the card, paid the difference, went to their back door of the mall entrance to get the coffee machine since it was heavy. Now we are in the end of February and after 1.5 hours on the phone with key rewards and the credit card company, I find out the girl at the register signed me up for 0% interest, not %10 cash back.....uuugghhh. I had paid off the credit card 5 days later, I didnt need 0% interest. Now I have to wait another 5 days hoping they will change the purchase back to 10% cash back instead of 0% interest. The other $2000 I paid in cash at the store, was also not rewarded to me on my key rewards credit card. WOW, this girl at the store really screwed me over. On top of ALL this, I went back to the store a few weeks later to purchase more items. I waited about 20 minutes in line (around Christmas time), and when I arrived at the counter to use my account, they asked for the WS credit card, I said I dont carry it, cant you just pull up my account with my phone number and they said NO. Rediculous!!! I never carry department store credit cards, I always use my phone number and ID or social and ID. I put down my stuff and walked out of the store. SO SO SO FRUSTRATED. Be ware of this reward program gimmic and I would stay away from their credit card promotions as well. Use a generic cash back credit card, or crypto credit card, you get more cash back...

I have a back yard full of furniture mostly from RH and purchased around the same time. Only this table is showing weather damage. The WS website says the table is "weather and water resistant." you can clearly see this table weathered very poorly. I started noticing the damage within a few months but ignored it until recently when the damage suddenly became ridiculous (see photo). I called WS customer service and after speaking with several people was told that this in "normal wear and tear". WHAT! I then asked to speak with their GM of Customer Care Willy Harris and was told he doesn't take calls. HUH? A GM of customer care from what I thought was such a reputable company doesn't take customer calls? I left a message for him 5 days ago, still no word. Do you self a favor and don't buy household products from this company, they don't stand behind them. This table was over $2000 (just the table) would you expect better service and product quality. It's interesting to note that RH sells a very similar table but a bit larger which is why I bought this from WS. At first I called them because I thought I bought this from them. They were amazing and prepared to send me a replacement after only one call and sending them the picture. It wasn't until we looked for my order that we discovered I didn't buy from them. The store was clean and had signs with preacautions towards the virus which is great so for that it gets three stars, but the customer service not so good . I was thinking of buying one of the brevielle coffee makers and asked one of the sales associates to tell me how the machine works . Her answer was I don’t know I don’t drink coffee but you work here you should know about everything I’m in the store I could be a potential sale . She then went and proceeded to ask her colleague and the colleague didn’t even look at me and said to her I don’t know I don’t drink coffee . Wait was more embarrassing was a gentleman who was a customer heard everything and was like I know how it works and went to tell me everything about the machine . This is very strange to me how this company hires people who don’t have a clue of what they sell and if you don’t at least train your staff the proper way so they know . I left because I’m not going to buy a product I don’t feel comfortable on how it works . I will go somewhere else like sur la table those people really know their coffee machines In detail .
