I’ve been to this location a few times and always leave disappointed, especially compared to my experience at another location. If you’re looking to spend a fortune, great - but if you’re looking to buy something affordable, the staff will not be helpful.
The first time I had a gift card for a few hundred dollars. A blonde woman was very rude to me both times I went in looking for something to purchase around the $200-300 mark. She barely wanted to show me anything and was just impatient and not friendly. I finally picked something out myself and found the experience quite awkward.
My next experience, I went in for an anniversary wanting to purchase something under $1000. The saleswoman was very nice and offered me water etc but just kept showing me items way above the price range even after I said I want to stay within the budget… she seemed to not know the price of anything (or pretended not to) and could not advise me on what I was looking for. I had to pull out my phone in the store and search by price to come up with any ideas for what to look at… I know there were plenty more items she could have showed me but didn’t, and even when I chose something, she tried to convince me to upgrade it to be more expensive and out of my budget. I ended up just leaving.
They don’t seem to realize that every customer should be valued, even if only buying the cheapest item in the store … who knows, if I had a good experience, maybe I would have come back and spent more money another time - but now I’ve confirmed I will not be coming back.
Honestly you’re just paying for the name and the blue box. It’s way overpriced, and the staff don’t even make the experience very enjoyable. They are fake nice unless you are spending thousands of dollars. Better go to a local jeweler...

The staff rudely confirmed that this situation often occurs, where people switch out the genuine items for counterfeit ones. After the confirmation, they took the fake necklaces and provided a replacement. However, one of the replacement necklaces tarnished after just one wear, despite following all of the care instructions provided. When we returned it, the staff rudely assured us that it was real, but said that the tarnishing and staining of skin should not have occurred, especially after only wearing it for a few hours. As a result, they arranged for a third replacement, which I have yet to receive after over FOUR weeks waiting. This entire experience has been incredibly disappointing. As a luxury brand, I expected far higher quality and customer service from Tiffany & Co. Instead, we have been met with rude behavior and inadequate solutions every time we have interacted with the Boca Raton location staff. The staff did provide me with a 20% coupon for a future purchase, but that does not make up for the repeated issues and lack of trust we now have in this brand. At this point, it has been 14 months without my necklace which was a baby shower gift and after speaking to customer service today, a necklace is to be overnighted, but I’m not really that hopeful that it will come. Here's why: I realized recently that I was missing the match to a pair of small hoops my husband had purchased for me several years ago. I walked into the nearest Tiffany's store (Boca) and inquired about a replacement. The service department was wonderful!! They quoted me a price for the matching earring and promised to call me the minute they heard something.
They called 3 days later. Much to my dismay, my set of earrings had been discontinued and a match was not to be found. I was able to pick it up a few days later.
Upon store arrival every person that greeted me was in a real actual good mood! (So rare post pandemic). My daughter and I walked to the service department and waited a minute or less. The service coordinator was so apologetic that my earrings match could no longer be purchased. She thanked me for my time, gave me my earring, and off we went.
Here is why 5 stars: not a single person pushed me OR my daughter towards a purchase! They greeted us with kindness, made small talk, and never once badgered us to look at something. They also never treated us as if we were lepers and we had no business being there. Kudos to this manager and staff for truly treating each guest the same!!
