Service/atmosphere was negative but food I gave more stars because of them having the impossible burger option.
I drove through the evening of 5/17/23, a little after 6pm. It was busy. They had a deal going for mix and match different styles of whopper jrs, 2 for $5 (highlighted in multiple locations). I wanted 3 but asked for 4 whopper Jr's because of the deal. Their screen wasn't working so I couldn't check my order until given the receipt and they refused to fix it. They said because I asked for 4 and didn't say 2 "duo" deals they charged full price. I told them I order 8 burgers at McDonald's all the time and they're capable of entering it in pairs when they're on sale. The manager said it's the exact same product but that company policy is to ring it up exactly how I say it and I said 4. He said they don't have to save customers money. Congrats, you saved about $2.50 and lost a customer. That order came to $57 and I usually have larger orders. I'll stick with literally any other fast food place where they don't play word games and honor...
Read moreI was the third car in drive through line, waited 30 minutes to get my order.Finally got to the window, the lady read me back my order to confirm, which was correct and the same lady packed my order, which was wrong. Once I got home I was missing a chicken sandwich. I did not check the bag before I left ( my mistake). My food ( 3 chicken sandwiches, 2 lg fries and whopper) were jam packed into one bag with napkins and condiments on top and I didn’t want to have a mess in my car. I trusted it was all there. I called 3 times to be assisted with a refund but no one answered and no option for voice mail. I have a load of groceries and 3 small children who were starving so going back immediately was not an option. I assumed they were short staffed for having to wait that long but when I pay I want what I ordered. 2 chicken sandwiches for 3 kids doesn’t pan out well. I also would assume waiting that long meant fresh and hot food… well you know what they say...
Read moreI was in the drive thru and placed my order. The employee on the other end (come to find it was the assistant manager, Amanda or something) was extremely rude to me. I couldn't believe how she was speaking to me. Not only did it take me by surprise -especially being in a good mood - but it was uncalled for and disgusted me. Come to find that she was removed from handing food over to me because she was 'irate' according to the other employees (after I asked to whom I had ordered from). They stated that she was in a bad mood in attempt to defend her, but I have worked customer service AND in the restaurant business for many years and have NEVER encountered a need to speak with anyone the way she did with me. Personal issues need to remain personal and NOT professional. I tried multiple times to contact the Head Manager (Xavier) and could not get a hold of him, the phone just kept ringing and ringing. I will be reporting this particular store...
