Stoney and Caleb…It’s a wrap…closed this morning in less than 15 minutes…everything was all organized due to them getting all documents to us ahead of time so any corrections could be made. Caleb so glad we told you not to come to closing and spent the day driving to and from Austin for a 15 minute close. It went smooth with Sutton Land of Texas because you and I did our homework!

Caleb you kept the stuff coming to us so we could address and fix things like the mobile home conveyance etc…and did a great job being able to handle both sides of the deal where each side felt satisfied.

Thanks Stoney for taking this little “ranchette” under contract when I know that’s not the focus of TRS and for hooking us up with Caleb. Caleb treated us like he was dealing with a 300 acre tract rather than a 3 acre tract with his attention to detail. We are very happy campers….thanks to you both👏🏻😎♥️
