Well would give this 0 stars. My wife had her charm bracelet cleaned and they completely forgot to Cover up a charm that was engraved and took all the lettering paint out and it faded. Then they took the charm to fix it and came out even worse than before. The actually charm has dents all on it and the lettering was not filled in. The customer service was horrible. Manger didn’t care at all. They sure like to take your money but not fix a problem when there is one. The manager Laura was rude and only offered us a refund for the engraving when the whole charm was damaged. So a full refund should have been issued and my wife be given a new charm she has had to wait weeks and weeks on to get fix only to be damaged further!!!! Avoid this place they...

Friendly customer service. The representatives were more than patient with me as I kept asking to see different charms by my bracelet. Then when we were almost done I asked to see a ring for my father (which most people would be frustrated with me at this point). In the end I was so pleased with my final purchases costing over 200. So much so I didn't have buyers remorse AND my dad got the perfect father's day gift (a ring given to the men who could afford to buy it at the time during a men's retreat he attended but he chose to help me at the time instead). Was assisted by Laura B. when it came time to look at a gift for someone very special in my life. Laura was very attentive, knowledgeable, and informative! The designs and products are fantastic, but this particular location was especially exceptional due to Laura's kind help and sharp recommendations. Ended up actually getting a gift for someone else as well during the same visit!
