First off the wait in the line was 20 min to get into the bay. Maybe due to the State Trooper vehicle in front of me the guys were chatting up rather than working. Told the tech I "just wanted an oil change" and did not want the full synthetic. We agreed on the mid priced blend at $88.??. Then the up-sales started- a new air filter @ $40 discounted to $20, radiator flush @ $130, unlock the passenger door so they can check the cabin filter and finally the rear diff oil for $100. JUST AN OIL CHANGE! The bill for an oil change with 7 qts of oil was $132 and was in a hurry so didn't study the receipt closely but later realized I was charged for 5qts of Duramax Full Synthetic for $54 plus another 2 qts for $20 + another $48 labor, a $5 service charge and of course tax. To add insult to injury, the window sticker recommends the next oil change at 3,000 miles...for full synthetic? Come on guys-7500 is the norm. Until now Take5 was my go to place for all of my vehicles but no more. As unpleasant as changing my own oil has been, spending $40 for the same result makes better sense. No telling how many folks are talked into buying all the extra crap and then overcharged for what they asked for. Did I even get the full synthetic I paid for? And don't bother trying to call the phone number listed on the receipt unless you enjoy taking an automated survey about...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreUpdate My review stated that nobody will give us a call back. Their response to my review was to call the number we have called religiously for months. No call back, no email. Still have not paid for the damages they made. Nathaniel Ekstrom was our claims agent. He has a direct line. Called him, left voicemails and left emails. No response. This place is an absolute joke. Iāve already talked my friend and his business to stop bringing their work vehicles here. I will keep going until this business is no more, or takes accountability and pays us. Horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible company to trust with your familyās vehicle. At this point I wouldnāt trust them to take the training wheels off my childās bike. Theyād probably destroy it and ignore you.
Would give zero stars if I was able. Caused damage to my wifeās car, and they said they would fix it. Itās been 3 months and we still havenāt been reimbursed. We call their customer service everyday, and send an email every few days. Canāt get a call back.
I will be telling everybody I know to steer clear from this business. Customer service is so horrible I honestly feel like itās on purpose.
