I HOPE THE OWNER READS THIS. TERRIBLE RUDE LIAR EMPLOYEES. I ordered from here on door dash and the order was completely wrong. Mayo on my sandwich which I can’t eat due to stomach problems, and the whole sandwich was melted with cheese melted instead of the bread toasted like I asked very clearly in the app. I know as an ex company manager during highschool that reporting to doordash can sometimes damage the business and cause people to lose jobs. So I thought I’d do the right thing and drive there to spare the employees that inconvenience. I was VERY polite when I arrived and they had the WORST ATTITUDE. The employee told me it was cheese and not mayo very rudely and didn’t offer a refund or a new sandwich even though I hadn’t bit into it yet. I walked out and looked closer at the sandwich to see that there was mayonnaise very obviously (see photos). I walked back in and explained very calmly and the employee ignored me and walked to the back very rudely and said “Lord not today I don’t want to deal with this”, and another employee said “Lord take the wheel” and just laughed. An older lady who I guess was a manager came out. I overheard her ask her employee “who put mayo on this” and she said “I didn’t” she then instead of making it right, GASLIT ME into thinking it was melted cheese. She would not make another sandwich or give a refund. She also touched all over my sandwich with her bare hands and no gloves which was disgusting. I’m a nice person and a Man, so at this point I shrugged it off and left because I would never raise my voice at a woman and there was not a man working to complain to. I left, 16 dollars and change less rich and a 45 minutes wasted plus driving time away from my office. TERRIBLE. After purchasing two foot long combos for $17 I decided I wanted to add two water bottles so I decided I would purchase them separately. The manager claims that it would cost less to just redo the combo and add the drinks and demands the receipt. Upon inspection of the receipt the manager starts claiming that I underpaid for the food and my total should be $25 and furthermore that I would be stealing the food if I just left even though I had already paid for the food. She then proceeds to void the sale which I did not ask her to do and claims that within 2-3 days I would be refunded, and then demands I hand back the food otherwise she would call the police. I as a customer should not be negatively impacted because and employee supposedly charged me the wrong amount, Proper customer service would dictate that once the food is in my hands and paid for that i'm free to leave. This experience I was treated like a criminal racially profiled and was threatened to have the cops called simply for paying for my food and then trying to purchase water afterwards. Furthermore this employee was not following COVID19 procedures and safety and was not wearing a mask when making and touching my food. This experience was absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. I advise everyone to stay far away from this location and take your money and business somewhere else. This was the biggest joke and food customer experience that I've ever faced and its ridiculous. Read moreI just had the worse EXPERIENCE EVER!!! The OWNER was VERY rude...I come to this store at least 4 times a week because the black forest subs are my favorite!! I came in as usual to eat, and entered the restroom prior to ordering....I slide and fell and hit my left hips on the toilet ...I did not noticed that they had mopped the floor in there...because I saw no sign....as i gathered myself mad....I went out to tell the young lady I had slipped and fell, she stated tell the owner...she always forgets to put that sign up....and he was the one who mopped it. I told him Matt i just had an incident. He just apologized and said he glad i fell where i was suppose to fall....WTH.....so my hip pain became a little stronger I called him to ask for his insurance info....he told me its with WELLLS FARGO!!! Who once i called them said they offer no such thing.....I have reported this to the SUBWAY CORP. Business owners really need to take better care of their customers........This review is on the CUSTOMER SERVICE side.....the NORMAL staff is pleasant and attentive....its sad that the owner lacked those...
