Not a bad place to come, just like everything everywhere prices are to high unfortunately but it isn't bad to come and buy coffee and the food is ok, be nice if the Barista's were allowed to remove certain items from the foods but they aren't allowed , example, I do not like eggs so I ordered a sandwich that unfortunately had egg and asked if they would remove it but they cant,so I did myself , not that I'm not capable myself, just a little less for me to do when I'm in a hurry,but it is what it is, the staff could be more friendly real attitude and not "fake" with greetings, there is a difference in genuine happy, nice greetings compare to that fake " put on a smile cuz I hate being here " greetings, and that us what I received when I recently stopped to order some coffee and a sandwich, however I do realize that we all can not be in a good mood all the time it's impossible so that isn't so important to me as my small complaint, and that is plz serve sandwiches w/o egg, not everyone likes eggs. Came here on 7/23/19 and ordered a white coffee chai and bagel breakfast sandwich. Coffee was watered down and when I got home to heat up the bagel it was covered in mold. So I went back to the stand for a refund and she didn’t know how to refund me properly because she was a fill in. She called the manager Chelsey who did not answer. So she gave me $2.25 cash back (I paid with cash). And I told her that couldn’t be the correct amount because she had previously rung me up for only the coffee at $5.06 and I reminded her that I got the bagel. After adding the bagel my total was $11.66. So my refund was only going to be $2.25 for a bagel that I paid $6 for? She apologized and was nice about it. But when I asked if the could look up my transaction and see what exactly I was charged she said she couldn’t because they don’t keep receipts or records for cash transactions. Which seems very unprofessional and suspicious. I will never be going back here. Makes me wonder how long that bagel had been sitting...

Great tasting coffee but absolutely terrible service. Was there Sunday night, 1 girl "working". I waited 5 minutes behind what appeared to be a friend at the window for them to stop talking and pull around to the next window, then waited another 5 minutes for the "barista" to make 1 drink, while talking to said friend, before taking my order. She proceeded to then make "my order" over another 5 minutes while talking to her friend. Not only did it take 15 minutes to get 2 OVERPRICED drinks, but the ICED COFFEE that took so long to make was the wrong size and the ICED CHAI TEA with almond milk was made with real milk.
