Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Bossier City

Oct 12th at 3:47... 3 drinks.. 3 fries.. stall # 9... at 4:23... I waved a worker down... asked of we checked in.... I showed him the phone hmm.. walks in..walks out with someone esle drinks.. leaving what we ordered still not with us... told us they are inside!!... it's 4:28... still no drinks or fries..he came out to take a picture of the order cause it didn't show up now.... then at 4:29 a lady came out to ask what was wrong... I told her what we ordered... then at 4:32 some other lady came out to ask what was happening.. said we never checked in but the money is out the bank LOL...okay so at 4:38 we finally got the order and it was wrong LOL...

So atm been sitting at #31for 15 mins... moved to #32 same... and now I'm at stall #17...SAME...

What's wrong... to many people? Making drinks is hard I know.. one at a time yall got this

Burger King got my money.. They was just right down the road from yall... they had cheese sticks(nasty af).. burger King was amazing 👏 workers.. was fast food.. not...

It was great, I had made an order in the app and they got it out to us. There was a problem with the drinks they weren't marked we had ordered identical drinks My daughter is pregnant and I don't drink sugar and I can't. And she has had issues her entire pregnancy with her stomach getting upset so I told the girl how do we tell which one's different and didn't know what we could do and finally I had started to see if my grandson could try and do it. And the girl came out with two brand new ones for us she was very nice and very helpful we wound up picking up three separate orders because after we got there my daughter decided she wanted other stuff. And then my grandson couldn't order the drink then I got him because he's weird and doesn't like bubbles lol so I had to order him a slushie instead of a strawberry limeade and a lady was really nice and she came out every time same lady we had a great time really appreciate it. I always eat at sonic, but this particular visit really has me upset. So I ordered the new chop house burger, I asked them to place an extra piece of meat on both with two large orders of chili cheese tots extra chili. The person who took my order read it back as well as it was shown on screen. I felt no need to check it as I was in a rush to get back to the hospital to be with my son. So when I got back to the hospital and began to eat,. It took me a sec or two to realize that not only was my burger was not made right, but it was soggy, and my drink was watered down. I called to complain and explain that I couldn't leave the hospital, they wanted me to bring that nasty stuff back before they could even give me a refund.
