I’d been going to solidcore in DC and Virginia for years and was excited it opened in Boston to start up again as it’s a great and really hard workout. It definitely doesn’t have the same vibe as any of the DC studios. There, you’d have the instructor there to greet and chat before class starts, getting any newbies familiar with the machine. Towels were provided. In Boston, that’s not the case, and I can imagine it’d be confusing to anyone new to solidcore. Add on the communication in advance is horrible. When I received a text to confirm and offer to answer any questions; I immediately responded back and asked if the only parking option is street (which is true) and I didn’t hear back until a day later. I had trouble signing up for a third class in my week unlimited trial and texted to see if they could straighten it out. Over a day later, I heard back, asking if I’d had any luck. I responded no. Still nothing back.

If you don’t do so you might lose half of your membership in a single day without attending a class (we cancelled one lesson 8 hours early rather than 9 so we lost the class and were late to the second one due to navigational mistakes and they didn’t let us enter).
