Boston Marriott Copley Place Parking — Local services in Boston

Parking lot was full and valet parking was full. The Marriott hotel needs to make sure there is parking for all their guests as we had to figure out where to get additional parking.

The situation was very confusing as cars in front of us were let in, we were told they were pass holders but out tickets to the hotel event did not count and no sign indicated were alternate parking was located and the person who would not let us in spoke English we could not understand.

For such a tourist area there could be better communication should be used. How about a map to tourist that show how to get to alternate parking locations that would break the language barrier and help those of us that have never been...

Although the Hotel itself is quite beautiful and accommodating, unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the Valet Parking. I paid a small fortune for the ability to park my brand new truck there. I was there for 5 days, and didn't access my truck once. When I was picking up my truck at the end of my stay, I noticed a dent in the tailgate. I brought this to the valets attention, and they told me they would pay for the repair, however, their corporate office told me that they would not be paying due to lack of evidence.
