Nice size parking garage that's open to the public. My main problems with this location is, first I believe it's very overpriced. Those rates should be more reasonable if your coming to this location. Weekend rates should be a flat rate as well. Next is, if you're coming to the main hotel, like I was there for a wedding in their Ballroom Hall. The valet is also very overpriced, it's like you're paying for the whole day for them to take your car for you to park it and then bring it back. I just went and parked it myself and paid nothing because we got the ticket validated at the bar for our event. So pay $40 for them to park my car for 4 hours or pay nothing if I do it myself. WICKED easy to park here! I reserved a parking space five days in advance using the Spot Hero app for $25. While there were parking spots that were cheaper, they were farther away from the venue I was going to. It was fairly easy to find the garage, though I'll admit to driving past it and having to turn around.

Using the app, the entrance gate will scan the QR code, the gate lifts, and off you go! Leaving, you have to scan the QR code again. Unfortunately, I had a bit of difficulty scanning the code, so an attendant did it for my. Off we went! I would definitely consider using this...

charged. We were there for 8 hours. Paid $16 @kiosk near elevator and valided ticket. Picked up receipt. Went to use validated ticket at exit and was declined. Teĺler came over and i showed him ticket. The receipt had wrong times and wrong license. But receipt had my credit card last 4 numbers. Something was definitely wrong with auto pay system.
