Customer service was subpar. Walked in with my best friend, curious about forever jewelry, as we’ve heard some news about it. The initial person standing behind the showcase gave us little to no attention. When asked for information about the jewelry and how it worked, her response was “well it’s pretty self explanatory” and that was it. As we’re reading the signs and looking at the different types, we finally make a decision on which one we would like, we head over to the welder who was pretty decent in customer service, another group of woman walk in and my friend and I witnessed a whole different type of service: these women were explained what the forever jewelry was, how it worked, what would happen if the jewelry were to break, etc. We were beyond ourselves. It was very upsetting, whereas we were customers who actually planned on supporting the company and purchased bracelets (even though after the service we regretted it) and the other women received the information from the initial greeting employee and walked out.

I am terribly disappointed in the lack of customer service this company has. Everyone was very friendly in the store when I went with three friends to get bracelets. I am very disappointed in the customer service after the fact when one of my friend's bracelets fell off within 12 hours. These bracelets are not inexpensive and should not be advertised as "forever" jewelry if it does not even last a day. We arrived at around 5pm and the bracelet fell off by 10 am the next day. I understand that they may fall off due to lifestyle conditions but these bracelets are not reliable if they fall off after eating dinner, going to bed, and then driving to work the next day. The store charges a $20 rewelding fee to reattach the bracelet, even if it falls off in such a short amount of time. We reached out to customer service to explain the situation and they were not willing to provide any sort of resolution besides coming in and paying the $20 fee after paying $100 for the bracelet plus a tip for the welder. It's just disappointing and I would not recommend...

One year update: the picture on the left is from when I first got it and the one on the left is from a year later. I was very concerned on how this bracelet would hold up. I got the gold plated one knowing it might not last a while. I thought I wouldn’t like it, but I absolutely love it. It has gotten snagged on so many things and hasn’t broken. It’s been through all kinds of conditions and I honestly don’t see a difference with it. I bought another one from another store and it broke within 6 weeks. I highly recommend Brave Daughters, they were super nice and it has lasted more than I expected. I will be going back soon for another one now that I know...
