I recently visited Odyssey Cruises Group Sales for a sunset cruise that included dinner and entertainment. The views from the cruise were beautiful and the overall experience was unique and certainly memorable. Although the food was acceptable, the overall service and experience made up for any concerns regarding the value of the trip. Our waiter was very attentive and helpful for the entire experience. He even notified us when we were at the top of the boat and dinner was ready to be served. The professionalism of the staff and the route that the captain took into Boston were all top-notch. We traveled on a Tuesday evening, so the pricing was not as much compared to other days. We certainly felt as if we received the value for our money. It’s difficult to compare this experience versus other dining experiences that we’ve had due to the nature of the trip. I would describe it as unique and certainly worthwhile for a special occasion. Overall, I would recommend this experience for others wanting to celebrate an event or a person in their life.

Start with good. The views are spectacular. Sunset in Boston is unmatched. That said, the prices are high. Even with a boat that wasnt full, it was near impossible for them to orchestrate a dinner for so many people. Table beside us got main before salads. 3 tables down was being obnoxious bc their food hadnt come by time we finished. Though not the fault of Odyssey, people use the confines of the boat to not monitor their children. It attempts to be luxury but struggles to walk that line given the obstacles. You have to forgive a lot in light of the majestic skyline.

The vibe is awesome on the Odyssey cruise boat, seeing Boston while on the water, sailboats, and the staff is outstanding! Customer service was great, the steak was good with gravy on it, the string beans were well seasoned, tomatoes and mozzarella cheese, and balsamic drizzle were good. The chicken was delicious. Live Entertainment on the 2nd outside deck tables and chairs while you enjoy the breeze outside, it was magical. Dessert was excellent key lime cake and a chocolate mousse creamy cake. And fresh-cut fruit was perfect! This is a great cruise so worth it!

Oh my God, what can I say!! What an amazing cruise on the Odyssey. We were a party of four aboard the Odyssey for a couples night out and the evening was better than I ever expected. First be sure to sit on the top deck, it has the most amazing views and comfortable seating. You stroll inside to enjoy delicious creative cocktails from Alan who is happy to share his wit, charm and expertise with you. Josh the Manager is sure to welcome you and escort you to your table. He also stops by during the night to be sure all of your desires are met, making you feel like royalty. Scott our server was so attentive. When he wasn't tending to our needs , he was laughing, making jokes and sharing fun stories with all of the guests. These three men need to be cloned!! They exceeded all of our expectations and made the evening a huge success. The food was also incredible, appetizers entrees and deserts, who could ask for anything more. I ordered the short ribs and they were mouth watering. Thank you again for all the wonderful memories!! Betty, Mike,...

Would give this zero stars if I could. The best way I can describe this experience is feeling like we were held hostage on a boat for 3 hours. We arrived an hour before departure as instructed. We were served all of our food before the ship even left the harbor. The food was horrible. I had the gnocchi which was dry and not edible. Literally took one bite and spat it out. Our expectations for food were low to begin with but this was next level. Husband had salmon which had no flavor. Even the desserts weren’t good, way too sweet cake. The views are only nice in the harbor, otherwise you get an nice view of the airport and shipping containers. The music played by the DJ was essentially highlights of anyone’s “do not play” list for weddings. They even messed up the photo taken before boarding. Solid waste of money for this entire experience, would...
