Leyni Soto is one of the best people I've met when it comes to customer service. She went above and beyond to alleviate any concerns we had with printing our invitation suite with Staples, especially since we are DIYing a rose gold foiling on them. Getting high quality prints on high quality paper that worked with our foiling DIY was really stressful. Leyni sent me home with cardstock samples to make sure that our choice of paper was going to work with this project. After ordering, she then hand tested each of 150 QR codes printed on our Details card as part of her quality check to make sure that they printed perfectly for our guests to access our website seamlessly. After five tries on a business card we got it right! I almost felt like I was in the Jingle Bell movie with Arnold Schwarzenegger where he's saying over the phone to his customers you're my number one customah! I think for a brief period of time of 2 months I was probably Staples number one customah! Absolutely one of the craziest experiences I've ever been a part of! It shouldn't have taken five tries to get the business card right, but unfortunately it did! And it cost me every time out! This wasn't their fault! It was just the strangest way it kept turning out!
