if i can rate negative, i would like to rate negative 5!!! tonight i get a ticket for living parking on a oneway for 1 minute. when i got out of the restaurant, a lady was printing the ticket. when i drove into that oneway, a police car following me on behind. Polices didn't forbidden that parking. the oneway is wide enough for 2 car driving side by side. i did not effect other cars getting through even a large car. actually this happened in Boston every night. the reality of parking condition is no good. why Boston didn't resolve this problem, but punish drivers. taxpayers pay them to serve peoples, they didn't try to resolve problems but use authorities to earn money and said that is for public benefits. roads are their tools to make money. i am angry tonight not only because this issue but also because "traffic pulled over". last month i was pulled over by a police woman in Dorchester(district C11) . She said i crossed red. i told her i was 100% sure i didn't. she insisted "she had eyes on". i got a warning. when i asked her for badge number and name, she just keep leaving without manners. days later i called police department, required them cancel the warning. they said they can do nothing with a warning. i check dashcam. my car was cross over the line for 2 car body long away. what a big mistake she made. But a driver only can take their wrongs. deridinly she has two big eyes and protrudent just looks like bull eyes. i am a professional driver, warning still can effect my record. there was a worse case: in 2018 i was driving in a rotary waiting for GPS telling me driving into which way out. so i drove slow down and closed to edge of rotary to yielding to other cars. a police woman pulled me over. she told me i "wanted" to drive into a oneway. she knew a rider in car was suffering from drunk. but still pulled me over for about 30 minutes!!! that is the service from district C11 police department. then showed her mercy:"only a warning". later i received a complain from riders. this police woman even didn't has basic law knowledge. that is what she thought not a fact. actually i was waiting for GPS. i didn't planed to drive into any way out. i think C11 polices should get retrained. i noticed that around 1/1/2023, C11 polices pulled over many many cars. i guessed that did Boston government not had enough money, so them wanted to make money from drives? Just like New York city. i will paste this chapter to C11 police department...

I am writing to give a complaint of fraud to the office of deputy collector of taxes in Boston city hall. I'm going to explain step by step what is happening to me and probably others. This department sent me a 2023 motor excise tax bill and I paid it online but they didn't gave me any receipt. The fact is that they didn't take the money from the bank because that is part of the fraud. They don't take the money with the intention that interest rates applies and will increased. I paid my 2023 motor excise tax online last year, they didn’t give me a receipt, and for me it was all set paid. Part of the trick is that time passes and they don't send you notification of how much is increasing and sometimes increases double or tripple but interest is supossed to be around $7.00 dollars. When you go in person to the their department to see and you have to renew your registration, that's when they say you have to pay almost $700.00 including interest, and they demand me to pay that amount in cash that horrendous and unfair amount. That's where the fraud is, they take the cash and apply it to a lesser amount and keep the difference or they pay the original bill amount without interest and then keep the difference of the original payment. That's why I'm reaching out to you to do a deep investigation. Questions are: Why they don't send these large and long-standing debts to a collection department instead of the staff taking the money and doing fraud. The office of deputy collector of taxes is managed by Osmany and also his supervisor is aware of what is going on but they are sweeping this under the rug. Based on my calculations they started doing this during or after Covid, and they are still doing it. I ask for a thorough investigation that includes computer tracking and whatever is possible to do, so that you can see what am telling you and this doesn't continue to happen. I have copies of amounts, dates and online information that do not match or coordinate, and the department have not valid explanation. Staffs are contradicting themselves and the staff are manipulating the system. I am reporting to you a fraud BH one or several members of staff of that department, and we are talking about a lot of money. Hopefully other people can see this message and come to light with their complaints. Please by attention to this because this is something very serious and deserves media attention. Thank you...

Regine Desir in the City Clerk’s office is the worst public servant to represent the city of Boston and all its wonderful residents. Regine is rude and abrasive, not only to us but to every other person who we saw interact with her at the 6th floor office. We needed something notarized and she notarized the wrong page. Mistakes happen and they can be fixed, but the real problem was her aggressive attitude when I told her she notarized the wrong document and we had to do it again. She became even more nasty and yelled “It’s not my fault!” and tried to blame us, when it was clearly her mistake.

An acknowledgment and apology would have been enough, but Regine embarrassed herself by loudly becoming combative and confrontational in the quiet office. Her colleagues were very pleasant and apologized on her behalf and even told me her behavior was unprofessional and out of line.

Regine’s demeanor was very dismissive and rude from the start and rushed through the notary process, hence notarizing the wrong page. But it was her unnecessary attitude and lack of accountability for HER mistake that was unacceptable and a poor representation of her role as a public...
