I've always been the kind of person who struggles to be consistent with workouts - I'd get into running, or barre class, or weightlifting, or whatever the hot workout of the moment is, and do pretty well until I went on vacation and forgot to ever get back on the wagon.
After dropping the ball on yet another workout trend in summer of 2023, I decided to try out personal training for a bit more accountability, and it's clearly working. I've been training with Mark Cocuzzo since July of 2023 and here I am a year and a half later still looking forward to every workout. Mark is fun, engaging, and most importantly, he matches my energy and pushes me just the right amount. He caters each workout to my goals and personality, rather than just plugging me into a generic program, and his approach has kept me coming back consistently for over a year! Now I can hop on and off of workout trends as I please while still knowing I've got my consistent strength training routine as a baseline.
I've only taken one class at BronCore (mostly because my schedule with Mark keeps me busy enough as it is), but the class was very fun, and something I may try fitting into my week more often in the coming year. The entire gym atmosphere is very welcoming, and every trainer I've interacted with has been very friendly. If you're looking to figure out a new workout routine that works for you, run don't walk to BronCore! And if you're in the market for personal training, I strongly encourage you to try to get on Mark's schedule - you...
Read moreBronCore Fitness is exceptional and has saved my sanity during the COVID-19 pandemic. As soon gyms shut down last year, I wondered how on earth I'd manage to keep up a challenging and consistent workout regimen. Within days, BronCore Fitness had an online platform set up via Zoom and at a very reasonable price. I have taken many, many of BronCore's Zoom classes, as well as outdoor bootcamps, and my favorite aspects are: (i) Bron himself is awesome--motivating, challenging, and fun, (ii) the workouts are never the same. You could take six BronCore classes in a week and have six entirely different workouts; (iii) the workouts are fast-paced, challenging, and exciting, all of which I love. The workouts are never easy, but at the same time Bron provides options for modifications to exercises and encourages clients to take the workout at their own respective paces (whether that be faster or slower); and (iv) the BronCore community is friendly and supportive. I know this sounds cliché, but I can't recommend BronCore Fitness enough for anyone looking to get in shape, feel better, and/or spice up...
