If you are visiting Downtown Boston for what ever reason, this is the place to go to. Either its creative marketing or just plain coincidence that the location of this place just happened to serve as an oasis. It is a little known fact that the founding of today's Boston is a result of the failing colony of Charlestown, located across the river, due largely in part to a lack of fresh water. In 1630, William Blackstone (namesake of Blackstone St, where the MassRMV is) invited Puritans to settle next to this "excellent natural spring", which they did on September 7, founding the city of Boston. It is amazing to be in a place called Pure Oasis that sits on an what was an actual oasis, transforming the small settlement into one of America's biggest and best cities. Boston literally started on this site, so if you are a visitor, come here before you go anywhere else. Prices are fair and the staff is patient and friendly. They will work with you regardless of budget or background. After making a stop here, you will enjoy the rest of Boston on a higher note. Definitely recommend 👌

It's a great place, they have a lot of options, they're always kind and have guided me multiple times and recommended me stuff. Fernando is really nice, knows what he's talking about and gave me a good experience. This became my favorite store

Exceptional Service – July 4th Weekend

I had to take a moment during this busy July 4th weekend to share my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service I received from Security Staff Member Casanova and Budtender Tasha. Although I wasn't a direct customer of theirs today, both went out of their way to ensure I felt welcomed and valued.

Tasha is always a bright light—her smile, uplifting energy, encouragement, and unique sense of style bring a refreshing energy. Her consistent commitment to customer service is something truly special and often goes unnoticed. Yet she consistently offers a warm greeting and friendly farewell to every customer who passes by making the experience memorable.

Casanova, whose role places him as the first face customers see, sets the tone for the entire experience. He is always welcoming and grateful, ensuring that each interaction begins on a positive note. He handles ID checks with both care and efficiency, creating a secure and respectful environment.

Despite the holiday weekend, Tasha and Casanova didn’t let it affect their professionalism or warmth. Neither of them allowed the responsibility ton working during the holiday weekend impact their professionalism, attitude, or commitment to excellent service. Their work ethic and dedication to being the best for the Oasis community continue to stand out in the best way.

This review in no way diminishes the exceptional service I consistently receive from Budtender Adam. As mentioned in my previous review, your knack for finding the best deals—while being incredibly time-efficient—is unmatched and always appreciated.

Thank you all for making every visit feel personal...

I usually don’t write reviews, but my experience at this place left me shocked. To start, there are two doors at the entrance—one is locked, and the other isn’t. There’s a reception area where a guy was sitting. When I pulled the locked door, he saw me struggling but instead of indicating the other door, he went back to looking at his phone. That was poor customer service.

Once I got inside, I handed him my ID, and he buzzed me in. In Massachusetts, when you are buzzed in, no one is allowed to piggyback behind you unless they are of legal age; otherwise, you risk being banned. However, the employees at this location seemed indifferent to this rule. An employee tried to enter behind me, and not realizing she worked there, I attempted to close the door. She gave me significant attitude, and when I explained why I had done so, she became confrontational and even tried to put her hands on me.

It's disappointing that employees working at a dispensary don’t know their own rules and provide unacceptable customer service. You would think that, given the nature of the store, it would be a more relaxed experience, but I certainly won’t be...

Five Stars – A Top-Tier Dispensary Experience at Pure Oasis!

Pure Oasis is hands down one of the best dispensaries in Boston. L From the moment you walk in, Carlos has a welcoming, modern, and professional vibe. The general staff are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly—they take the time to understand what you’re looking for and offer thoughtful recommendations based on your preferences.

Their product selection is top-notch, with a great variety of flower, edibles, concentrates, and more. Everything is well-organized and clearly labeled, which makes browsing super easy. The quality is consistently excellent, and it’s clear they’re focused on offering the best to their customers.

I especially appreciate how Pure Oasis creates a chill, pressure-free environment. Whether you’re a seasoned cannabis enthusiast or new to the experience, you’ll feel comfortable and well taken care of. It’s also a huge plus that they’re committed to community and equity in the industry.

If you’re in Boston and looking for a reliable, high-quality dispensary with great service, Pure Oasis should be your go-to....
