West Napoli Pizza — Restaurant in Boston

Decent pizza but they messed up my order three times in a row, and then told me they would refund me but didn't. The first time, my pizza took over an hour and a half to arrive, and arrived cold. The second time, they forgot my drinks - the driver agreed to go back to the restaurant and get them but didn't, and then didn't answer his phone. The third time, the woman on the phone took my number down wrong, so after almost an hour an a half I called the store and discovered that my pizza had been left outside on the porch for a half hour. The driver didn't bother to buzz my apartment or do anything other than leave it on the filthy ground in the freezing cold. I called and spoke with a woman who told me I would be refunded but I never was. In total I've ordered from West Napoli 4 times, 3 of which they've seriously botched my order.

Updating this on June 8, 2024: I ordered the wings and chicken parm and the chicken quality in both was basically inedible - it was obviously the ultra-cheap cuts of chicken which are injected with water and God knows what else to add weight. The texture was spongy and completely artificial feeling, and the meat itself had zero taste beyond the buffalo and marinara sauces. It was a mushy mess. I had one bite of the buffalo wings, and one bite of the chicken parm and threw it out. The Greek salad had one pepperoncini pepper and one black olive, pit in. I was also told it would arrive in 40 mins and it took closer to 1.5 hours.

Sorry to be harsh, I understand the pressures on small businesses these days to maintain margins but this was terrible.

BAD experience the last THREE TIMES iv ordered IN A ROW. Iv wasted my time and money giving them chances because i thought they were nice. Well thats no excuse for mismanaging your restaurant in a way that effects me, my family and my guests. Very late, foods cold, same Exact excuse, for $50 worth of pizza?! I will not be paying a dime to this pizza joint ever again. Im going to tell my family members to order from some place else. The woman who took my order and served me (possibly an owner) was the most pleasant person I dealt with on my trip to Boston. She gave me the best eggland parmesan sub ive ever had. Asked for extra mozz and grilled peppers, and they were grilled to perfection. Even the grinder roll was nice and soft, and not too "bready".
