First of all, this is a pricey gelato shop. But if you like what they offer, it is what it is. Unfortunately this is not a place I would frequent often - I came here only twice so far in my 2 years of living in the area. It’s just too pricey to justify visiting every week when you could get some good and much cheaper options like Godiva, Haagen at the store. First time I visited, the service was great. Believe it was the owner since I think the shop is owned by a woman. Second time, not as much. I had wanted the lavender flavor and the server told me that he only had a little bit left. I asked how many flavors I could get with the big to-go container and he said 3. So I asked whether I could get a 4th flavor since I thought he didn’t have enough Lavender flavor to fill 1/3 of the box. We went back and forth many times and he ended up just slapping the gelato in the container. At that point, I didn’t want to continue the back and forth anymore and just went with it. But, I didn’t feel like I needed to be told that I was making his life hard. I wouldn’t have asked if he didn’t say he only had a little bit of the flavor left and made me think he didn’t have enough to fill the order. I didn’t make the request to try to make his life hard.

Overall, it’s a good local spot to treat yourself in the heat of the summer. I adore gelato and could eat my body weight in Italy, so will continue to come here, but just not as much as I would probably want.

I guess this is the only place to brag and say we are loyal weekly customers to Delini Gelato. This is the only place I truly feel comfortable bringing my kids for a gelato when they ask for icecream. I know the work and the incredible quality ingredients she puts into each flavor. I never have to worry about any of the kids having “belly aches” from terrible additives or preservatives. We all enjoy it here so much and highly recommend Delinis to be your favorite spot too! We’ve also never had a flavor we didnt love, everything is delicious!!! And it makes it a lot better knowing you’re supporting a small women owned business who immigrated here with nothing and started her DREAM. She’s a real angel and I’m so happy to have met her and her family. Show your support and love for gelato by stopping by and ordering yourself the biggest size they have in a fresh waffle cone.
