CoCapsules!! Why did it take me so long to wander into your store?? I walked by a few times and thought “this is too trendy for me” and “I’ll feel out of place.” I also doubted there could be any way a place with what seemed to be a limited number of options would have sizing for me—typically, I’m a 12 or 14. I could not have been more wrong!! I was greeted with genuine warmth and interest by Michelle and Jenn. Their engagement with me was not driven by the desire to make a sale, but rather a desire to make a connection with me as a human. I found just a few pieces to try on which led to more of a discussion about what drew me to what I had selected. Again, I didn’t feel pressure to try anything more and Michelle hung around just enough to kindly weigh in at my invitation on one piece I thought had potential. Her engagement with me reminded me of shopping with my sister rather than a sales person. Bolstered by that initial interaction, I threw caution to the wind and asked if they carried jeans that would fit me. I shared a few aspects about fit and fabric and Michelle went to work. She brought me several pairs of jeans and gave me a little preview of why she liked each one all the while sharing how they matched my criteria. She didn’t bring me the whole lot—just two. I didn’t feel overwhelmed and good god, they BOTH FIT. How often does that happen?? I went on to purchase several pieces that could be mixed and matched. I am so pleased with the quality, fit, and price point as well as the experience. I will be back in a couple of months for a mini closet refresh. I think I’ve found the way I am going to shop from here on out! ❤️ (Pic: grandma jeans, belt & shoes from cocapsules paired with silk blouse from consignment and purse I already owned + laundry room...
Read moreHooooly moly, I LOVE CoCapsules! I popped in at 5pm on a sunny Saturday (yesterday) and was greeted by Jenn and her beautiful pup Mae (super friendly; would come in just to give Mae pats for being a good girl)
I need to start by saying I hate shopping. Hate, hate, HATE shopping, especially for clothes, because it makes me feel overwhelmed and nothing ever looks good on me. Also, hello, styling?? I don't know how to make good things look good on me.
Jenn picked out tons of things for me to try on and even showed me how to style everything (and gave me suggestions on things I had in my closet to pair with my new things.) I never felt pressured at any point to buy anything I didn't like, and felt like I could be completely honest with her about what I hated on me and what I loved. I ended up purchasing a few items that have already gotten sooo many compliments at church + out and about! Even my husband thinks they look great on me :)
The whole experience was amazing and, dare I say?, fun. Jenn has done the impossible by helping me find stuff I'll feel great wearing all year round, and I can't wait to come back to have more pieces picked out for me.

Read moreWhat can I say! After getting through the era of COVID, serious depression, work relocation, etc., I gained 50+ lbs. I moved back to Bothell, lost all my confidence to even go to crowded shopping mall. Back in August 2023, I saw CoCapsules, went in and immediately felt so welcomed. I had to redefine my wardrobe with core pieces and wanted to still look good no matter what shape I was in. Jenn recommended me different styles and pieces for my business look to casual look. Ever since then, I have been coming into CoCapsules throughout different seasons, different occasions and every visit has been positive experience. Syd, Jenn and Michelle put so much heart into making every customer’s experience unique and tailored to each customer’s needs. I got to talk to Michelle the most and I love all her fun styling tips, new styling idea/suggestion that make me come out of box. I wear the pieces from CoCapsules most often, and I love that it’s not just a shopping experience. The owners truly care about the community and support other local business as well. So grateful to find such a gem and thankful for all the positive...
