I recently bought a ring from Bohemi and was disappointed when, within less than a month, the serrated bezel started breaking off. When I reached out to the store, I was met with dismissiveness. They claimed the ring was intact upon purchase and insinuated that it was impossible for the prongs to fall off due to normal wear and tear. Despite explaining that I didn't engage in activities that could cause such damage, they blamed me for the breakage.

Considering the price point and the quality promised with sterling silver, I expected better. What aggravated me further was their refusal to take responsibility or offer a solution without charging $40 for a repair. This treatment was appalling, especially as a visitor to Boulder, Colorado, acting on a highly recommended store.

While their jewelry might look good, the horrendous customer service and refusal to acknowledge a faulty product leaves me with no intention of ever shopping here again. It's disappointing that they chose to prioritize blame over customer satisfaction, especially when the issue appears to be a product quality concern. I really like the ring, and I want to keep it, but I refuse to pay to repair it because it was not my fault and for a product like this I should not have to pay out-of-pocket to fix something...
