Not the best experience, not sure if the lady was having a bad day she spoke too fast when she answered the phone call so I believe I Misunderstood her and I thought she said her name was Crystal.Anyways she acted like she couldnât understand what I was saying at first and then I proceeded to repeat myself she finally answered my question and when I thanked her because I said âThank you Crystalâ she rudely responded by saying my name is not Crystal in an angry tone and just hung up the phone.Left me shaking my head it was an honest mistake and if that was the owner that I spoke to.Her energy wasnât the best.I wonât be buying any productâs from here she made me feel uncomfortable and sounded like she could care less about having my business there. I was going to call back and apologize but then I thought well how immature and disrespectful she was to me for no reason and she sounded like an older woman too so that really left me in shock.I hope everyone doesnât get the same treatment , especially since this is a business where most clients are trying to keep their energy clean and not negative. This was a very disappointing phone experience and although it is only 1 mile away from my home because of this I will make the trip farther out because of how uncomfortable this woman made me feel. I was kind and respectful , so the whole attitude was...
Read moreDo you all remember what Boulder USED to be like? Yeah, me neither. But I've heard so many stories about Boulder being the hippie mecca. This shop feels to me what that old version of Boulder might have been like. Grateful Dead paraphernalia all over the walls and ceiling, crystals and gemstones as far as the eye can see, glassware, candles, tarot, incense, Sage + wildflower bundles, you name it, this shop has it! If that weren't enough, the woman I met who was holding down the fort was this sunshiny lady who's friendliness is contagious. She somehow seems to know where every little thing is in the store, and she is more than happy to share her enthusiasm for life with you. Even if hippie stuff isn't your jam, you should pop in to get a taste of Colorado hospitality. I will be returning to completely empty my bank account on pretty crystals I so don't need, and you seriously should too! What...
Read moreI was introduced to this shop last year by a good friend of mine. I was interested in the crystals sold here. Prices were reasonable and the selection was the best that I've found on the Front Range. I went back last week and noticed the prices on the crystals had sort of gone way up. Some were reasonable but others had really escalated. I don't pay shipping when buying from this shop as opposed to Etsy but on Etsy I don't pay sales tax but pay very high Boulder County taxes here. So I guess it evens out in the end. I'm disappointed that the prices have gone up so much. On the plus side, I have found the staff and the owner to be very knowledgeable and willing to help. Nevertheless, I guess I'll have to continue on my quest to find reasonably...
