My mom and I came here when we visited Boulder so that we could avoid any altitude sickness (we’re from Michigan) and WOW did it help! Normally I would have had a headache my entire trip and been nauseous a lot but I didn’t have any issues once I got the IV. I actually had a headache when I walked in and by the time I was done, it was gone. I would 100% do it again! The actual facility was lovely too. It was cozy and relaxing and everyone was so friendly and helpful. They recommended the right mix for me and didn’t try to push me into something more expensive, which I really appreciated. So I was feeling pretty meh from a handful of long weekends traveling, celebrating weddings and different parties and couldn't shake this feeling that I was depleted. I eat extremely clean, exercise everyday, drink lots of water and take vitamins but still wasn't feeling fully myself. In my workout class, Kelley who is a full time Nurse and part time employee at Hydrate, told me that I had to stop by Hydrate for an IV and she would make me feel better. What a refreshing oasis in the heart of Boulder. I’ve been going to the Highlands location for a while, and love the option to take a quick hop off of 36 for some much needed hydration. This location has very convenient parking in a strip mall as well. This spot feels super cozy and relaxed with their reclining chairs and built in USB ports for phone recharging. Between working long hours and hot yoga, I always feel like I need a hydration boost and I feel the immediate benefits from one bag.
