Sleep Number — Hotel in Bridgewater Township

Sleep number uses FALSE ADVERTISING! I purchased a sleep number bed, was unhappy with it and wanted to return it (because they said they have a "100-Night Risk Free Trial"). The representative then said they would only take the mattress back, and not the $2700 platform portion. We were never told this in the store. I assure you, I would have never purchased anything from that store if I knew they would not allow a full refund. This is false advertising and a slimy business model. I had an excellent experience shopping for a new mattress at Sleep Number store in the Bridgewater Commons mall. Sales person, Dominick, patiently walked us through the sleep number options and we trialed a variety of mattresses. The store is well laid out and inviting walk ins to learn and trial. We needed to replace our 20 year-old sleep number bed.Our sales been Dominick was great! He went over all the options and features of the new beds. He spent a lot of time and was very patient. We tried a few different models to see what the differences were and we finally decided on which one was right for us.
