Very lovely place. It has quality wool yarns and a large selection of it. I learned to knit here, and while I haven't returned for more lessons, I would if given the opportunity.
It's a little more pricey than your typical chain craft store, but you get the quality you pay for.
I've used yarn and needles from here as well as yarn and needles from michaels, and Seed Stitch is far better.
I do believe all of the yarn is wool (or a blend of it), so don't go looking for acrylic or polyester here. They do have different kinds of wool yarn, I remember seeing some alpaca yarn - very cool. They also have options for superwashed, so there's no need to stress about washing your projects.

I haven’t found anything in this shop’s offerings that would make me recommend them over driving 10 mins longer to one of the...
Read moreI am from Michigan and found this store online. I am visiting my son here in Utah and had the opportunity to stop and shop. She has a WONDERFUL supply of yarn and notions. I love the products she carries! I was very happy to hear she will ship to me. Kim was a delight to talk to and gave me a "million dollar" tour of the store. I am sure she has something for everyone. Even included some suggestions for my son and husband! (An ice cream store and bakery)! I love it! I hope to visit again when I here, but am glad I can order online. I was able to pickup some yarn dyed by an indie dyer from the area and hope...
