I work beside this location and would frequent here often. The salads are pretty good, BUT the prices and service are subpar. When I visit, they seem to have enough staff, but they are not well trained on customer service and they move at a snail pace. When placing an order, they can barely understand you between the mask and competing for music. I also stood in line for 20 minutes with only two people in front of me because they were SLOW. Mind you there were about four employees working and two were busy trying to refill things from the back. When I finally had a chance to place my order they didn't have shrimp on the front line and the girl would have to go back so I said forget it. I highly recommend they take some operation notes from Chopt because even with 20 people in line they can get people in and out in way less time. I spend about $20-$30 on each visit here. The drinks are good if you like something sweet, but they don't let you get refills. On one particular visit one of the girl who works there wouldn't even check me out promptly when I asked about a refill on a drink I purchased. I kept saying don't worry about it but she insisted on going back and forth on if a drink was purchased. For the price and service, I need to make my salad at home. I wanted to support another neighboring business and see something with fresh options stay open, but ill be reducing my visits...

I call the store and they had my card so I went and pick the card up as soon as they opened on Thursday morning 9/16. By Thursday afternoon my card had already been comprised. I received a text message from my bank providing an activation code and 10 seconds later I received a call from a young African American male ( phone number came up and the location was Glenn Dale ) asking me to give them the activation code because my phone number was tied to a account they are trying to open (scam). I also got several emails where somebody was trying to make pay pal transfers with the card but they were decline because I had already turn my card off.
Somebody in that store is taking picture of cards numbers if they are accidental left behind or they are able to copy cards numbers when you swipe them at the register so just beware if your are using your debit / credit card in that establishment

Well, weāre about to drive and canāt just eat a salad in the car. As such, we asked for a refund and intended to visit one of the stores next door. After the employee called her manager, Ms. K who didnāt answer, she proceeded to ask us to come back another day because they ādonāt know how to do refundsā. She asked if we could return on Saturday for a refund. Huh?? How might you operate a business where employees are unable to do refunds without you? Furthermore, in this economy, people donāt have time to wait for a refund for food that was never received. We asked the employee to write on the back of the receipt that we did not get food. We hope that our refund can be processed without us having to physically come back to this location. What if we didnāt...
