Just left rock and toss Owings Mills location I give two stars and here’s why !

Wait staff: unresponsive and slow to greet the table Had to repeat my order several times no introduction. Although there was no robotic scripted banter which I did enjoy.

My order the steamed scallops they where full of flavor and cooked to perfection.

I ordered fried shrimp and Cajun fries I received regular fries although the shrimp where pretty tasty

Finally our main course shrimp with out the head

Hers: garlic butter mild flavor

Mine: rock bottom ( their signature flavor) medium my food came out looking unseasoned and tasted like it too. I asked for my waiter ( whatever his name may have been since he didn’t bother to tell me ) the manager came over ( or so he said I mean he did have on a different colored shirt then the rest) I explained the issue he offered “ hot or double hot season” I opted for hot thinking I did not want to over do it. Literally 15 minutes later he comes back with three small containers of sauces and offer and proceeded to put them in the boil bag and then says “be careful these are going to hot “

Well if you hadn’t noticed by the tone of this review rock and toss in Owings Mills should be renamed to rock and tasteless

Food : zero stars Prices: for the quantity of food reasonable Decor : odd and not really fitting food Louisiana seafood place Overall like a said two stars because my wife enjoyed her food.

I HATED THESE PREVIOUSLY FROZEN FRIED OYSTERS!

I really love Fresh Fried Oysters. I’ve been eating fried oysters nearly my whole life.

My husband makes a point to buy me Fried Oysters every day for a week each year for my birthday. We have our spots I love to get fried oysters from and then we try new places.

Today I opened the Valupak Coupon envelope that comes in the mail. We’ve never been to Rock & Toss Crab House so I said let’s try this new spot today (Aug. 13, 2022)…

Fried Oysters and Fries was my lunch order, he got Fried Soft Shell Crabs and Fries.

We are rating both platters with 1 Star because the Fries were a good portion and tasty but fries are not the main foods we wanted to enjoy.

The FRIED OYSTERS and FRIED SOFT SHELL CRABS are a BIG FAT 0 ZERO! These were the WORST FROZEN COMPLETELY BLAND UNSEASONED SEAFOOD EVER!

FRIED OYSTERS- Some of my fried oysters were still cold on the inside. The Oysters looked like they were cooked in unseasoned flour instead of a seafood batter. The flour was loose from the oysters and tasted so bland and had an old freezer-burn fishy taste. These were the worst looking and tasting fried oysters I have ever eaten. Completely ruined day 2 of my birthday week of Fried Oysters!

FRIED SOFT SHELL CRAB- Absolutely No Seasoning nor taste.

We haven’t tasted anything else from the Rock & Toss Crab House, but in Saying Less, We will Never Eat From This...

I don't even know where to start... I should have never went by the reviews. The reviews where so positive and we usually look at reviews before trying a new spot. If you have ever had fresh seafood you will definitely be upset. I should have just left when we saw that the seats in the booth where all torn up. It was our first time eating here so we asked the waitress how the all you can eat works. It's made to order and $55 per Adult. And she highly recommend the Rockin Bottom Sauce for our seafood. The first thing that came out was some tasty popcorn which was different for a free starter but interesting. Then here comes my Calamari.... Ummmm when I tell you it was super rubbery where I couldn't barely chew it like rubber bands. Then came the seafood smothered in the saltiest sauce I've ever had at a restaurant. The shrimp was chewy and the meat in the crab legs was kinda mushy like if it was recently defrosted and left in water for a long time. Some of the sausage was good and some of it had a strange taste to it. The boiled egg was so overcooked it just fell into pieces when you put the fork in it. The broccoli was like salt bombs. I asked the waitress why everything is so salty and she said the Rockin Bottom is very salty and that's why she doesn't get it on her food. And I was thinking about how she highly recommend it to us.
