Today, I went to Chipotle to pick up my order. When I got home, I realized that the cashier had left my chips out of the bag. I returned to the location, using my own time and resources, to retrieve them.
When I arrived, I approached the same cashier who had initially rung me out and informed her that my chips were missing. She took a noticeable amount of time to acknowledge me, and when she finally did, she silently placed a bag of chips on the counter and walked away without verifying my receipt, offering an apology, or providing any form of customer service. She did not say a single word to me until I called her out on her poor customer service.
I expressed my concern, pointing out that she hadn’t properly tried to figure out my issue nor did she open her mouth to speak to me at all, and I felt like she was simply trying to dismiss me. When I asked for the manager, she claimed to be the manager, and according to my receipt, her name was Wendy. Despite this, she still sought guidance from another employee instead of handling the issue herself.
Throughout the interaction, Wendy continuously shrugged her shoulders and acted as if she couldn’t do anything about the situation. She never took accountability for the mistake and made no effort to provide proper customer service. Her dismissive attitude, lack of professionalism, and unwillingness to engage with me were not only unnecessary but also a bad reflection on her, her team, and Chipotle overall. Instead of handling the situation properly, she remained unresponsive and made no effort to correct the issue in a courteous manner. It took nearly two minutes of back-and-forth before she finally provided the correct chips, which should have been a simple and professional exchange from the start.

Read moreOrdered a chicken burrito and wondered why my payment was different from usual. The young hispanic male who started my burrito said that I asked for Carne asada when I didn't. I pointed to and asked him what 3 of the meats were. Never at any point that I've been to this location have I gotten steak. I always get chicken. I only asked because the meat was so dried out (around 8:40pm) that I couldn't tell what they were. I even asked what time they closed and they said 11pm. Thanks to the female who jumped in and offered to remake my burrito. If the English language is hard to comprehend then please leave the FOH duties and customer interactions with people who comprehend English and won't argue customers down. I won't be returning here, not because of just that one interaction but also because they were shutting down and cleaning stuff at 8 -9 when they close at 11( cross contamination.)
I'm not interested in following up. My mind is made up. Your staff is always rotating anyways. So, following up won't make a difference.. it's 1/16/24..it happened around 8:40/8:50..I'm sure that you have cameras and...
Read moreI've given this store a few chances, but its used up all my patience after my most recent order.
When i first would online order from this chipotle, I always would end up with the wrong order. I chalked it up to the store being new but as time went on the online ordering experiences got worse. Just like a previous review, NEVER ORDER ONLINE from this store. 9/10 times you wont get what you paid for. The last few times I have ordered I never get my extra meat (that I paid for). Also to add insult to injury this store has the most inconsistent quality of food I have ever encountered. Sometimes the food will be nicely seasoned, other times you get a meal filled with salt.
If you really want chipotle, you might as well drive the extra 10 minutes to the chipotle located in Waugh Chapel than waste your time here. It's really disappointing, cause despite the wrong orders in the beginning (which they would fix right away) the food here was actually...
