Subway — Restaurant in Bowling Green

We were at this location today, when the heat index was over 100 degrees. The poor girl working was the ONLY one working, without air conditioning in the restaurant! My husband questioned the safety of the food because the restaurant was so hot! The store really should not have been open today with the extreme heat and the air conditioning not working. It was so humid in there, the bathroom floor was soaked (slippery) and there was black mold in the toilet, gross!! If we would have gone to the bathroom before eating, we would not have stayed. I know it wasn't the fault of the employee working today and our sandwiches were fine, but this speaks volumes about the owner...putting profits above the safety and cleanliness of their staff and restaurant. I grabbed a sub for my grandma and sister yesterday. I was instantly greeted as I walked in. I wish I knew the name of the girl who made my sub but I don't because I didn't get a receipt. (Not because I wasn't offered but because I said I didn't want one) She was the best Subway worker I have ever had. I ordered a BLT with Am cheese, black olives, onions, mayo & oil on flatbread toasted and all that was on it was lettuce, olives, onions and some random sauce…NOT toasted.
