I have never been so upset and outraged with a hair technician in my life! I went to Yossi 2 days ago for a color and cut. He had done my hair before and I was really happy with the result. Before he started, I repeatedly showed him 2 styles I was really interested in and he said no problem I've got this. We decided on a color and after it was complete he began the cut. I told him specifically that I did not want lines visible because I was getting a short cut i wanted the sides and top blended.The last time he cut it short using scissors but this time he used a hair trimmer and shaved it down to the scalp. In the picture I showed him it was wispy and blended towards the front and top. I was really looking forward to the new color and cut for the fall. I told him I had just come back from taking care of my mom for over 2 months during which time she passed away. This was supposed to be my pick me up haircut so I could get back out and socialize again. Instead I have spent the last 2 days in my room crying because it is so short and bad that there is nothing I can do with it. Yossi is a good hair technician but on that day he rushed and never paid ANY attention to what I repeatedly showed him and he massacred my hair. I was so angry and hurt when I left that i just tipped him and cried the entire way home. After loosing my mom a month ago, dealing with all the aftermath and now this I am completely broken hearted and extremely disappointed with my results. I spent a lot of money to see a master technician just to walk away feeling so humiliated. Yossi, the idea of asking a client what they want is to listen. She gave me the makeover I needed, and her skills helped bring my dream look to life. I left feeling more confident and vibrant than ever before. Christian was fantastic in helping me schedule my appointment and gave me the most relaxing head massage — pure bliss! My First Visit to Lux Salon

From the initial phone call with Christian to the moment I walked into the salon, my experience at Lux Salon was nothing short of pleasant. Christian was friendly and professional on the phone, which gave me a good feeling about the place.

When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted by a young man—only to realize it was Christian himself, the same person I had spoken to a few days earlier. Shortly after, my stylist came to the front and introduced himself: “You must be Carol. Nice to meet you, I’m Gerald.”

I was instantly captivated by Gerald’s appearance—salt and pepper beard, clean cut, and very professional. Truly, a dream come true. He sat me down, and we had a great conversation about what I was looking for. He listened carefully and offered suggestions. With 32 years of experience under his belt, I knew I was in good hands.

Then the magic began.

The entire process took about 2.5 hours from start to finish, and I was absolutely impressed with the results. I’m so happy I trusted my gut and decided to try this salon. Meeting Gerald and going through the whole experience was smooth, professional, and enjoyable.
