I came in to change the broken camera lens. Before the tec opened it up to fix it, he tested my camera and my pictures were getting blurry when zoomed in at 10.5. No it gets blurry at 2.5........... you can see dirt and dust on the camera from the inside so the camera it's self was not even cleaned when the lens was replaced. When i told him about the issue being worse, he just tried to up sale me for $169............ i just paid $52 to make my camera worse!!

I originally left a 1-star review due to a poor experience with a camera lens replacement that left my phone in worse condition than when I brought it in. The technician didn’t clean the camera properly, which left dust inside, and after mentioning it, he tried to upsell me a $169 repair after I had already paid $52 for a service that didn’t fix the issue.
Despite that, I decided to give them another chance today since the store is located inside Walmart, where I frequently shop. I had just upgraded my phone and stopped in to buy a new screen protector and phone case. The same technician who helped me before began assisting me. I asked if he could install the screen protector I had just purchased, and he agreed. He opened the packaging and began the installation.
But before applying the screen protector, he paused, picked up his personal phone, looked at it for about a minute, and then looked me straight in the eyes and asked, “Have you been to this store before and left a bad review?” I replied honestly: “Yes, I did, because I wasn’t satisfied with the last service.”
He then told me, “Get out of my store. Your business is not welcome here.”
I was completely shocked. I had come in peacefully, willing to spend money again and give them another try—but instead, I was kicked out and humiliated in public for leaving an honest review months ago.
This kind of behavior is beyond unprofessional and only confirms the lack of customer service and accountability at this location. I strongly urge others to read this and think twice before trusting your device with...

I have had my sons iPad fixed twice at this location! it has always been very reasonable and my favorite part is the honesty and customer service !! Every single time I have gone in there or any of my friends I have referred have told me how Dan is the most honest and loyal kindest and most professional person I have ever worked with in a business! I personally own my own business and I know how hard it is to find somebody with every single trait that would be a dream for an owner and this company has in Dan! He's AMAZING. My phone was not charging and in a panic today I went to AT&T who told me I needed a new phone and I was there for an hour and a half while they tried to sell me this and that and in the end I was almost out $180 I do not have ! I decided before I made the payment because financially that would cause a huge problem in my life right now, I stepped outside of AT&T and called Dan ! Thank GOD. As always he was so professional told me best case scenario and worst case scenario financially, both were amazing and fair. I drove down to Have him look at my phone immediately and he pulls out something that was stuck in my phone and it wasn't even broken ! He gave me a professional handshake and the sweetest smile and said there's no charge! I have truly never ever met somebody so honest and so professional and so good at what they do ! He even while I was putting my phone back in the case was helping me do it properly Ha he is so meticulous and kind ! His cunstomer seriously be and knowledge is mindblowing. This company is so beyond lucky to have Dan working for him ! I am so excited to post on My Community's page once again as I have before my experience! Read moreAbsolutely Awful! I paid to have the screen on my iPhone 7 plus repaired. When the phone was returned back to me the colors were dull and not the same as they were on the last screen. It was a noticeable difference compared to an iPhone with a factory screen. I called the company and they agreed to fix it again (which meant I had to go out of my way to drive there and wait another 45 mins for the second screen). I received the phone back a second time and all looked well that was until I made a phone call later that night and notice that when I put the phone against my face to speak the screen would start going crazy and pushing buttons or calling people. I never had this problem with my original factory screen. Clearly this one was defective. Since the store is not close to my house and I have already wasted my time replacing the screen twice I decided I would leave it and get it fixed the next time I was in the area. I ended up dropping my phone and the screen had a small chip on the left side (the glass protector did not crack but of course the cheap screen they installed did.) Now they refuse to replace the screen because they say it is broken and I would have had to had replaced it prior to the crack. This company is a joke. I strongly suggest staying far away...
