Cameron was my cashier today and it is due to his service and the Lady manager on duty Today, September 1, 2025 that I rate the service with one star. I had three items to return and all three Were twice as nice, However, they said the policy for the double back guarantee applies only on one item and refused to give me double back guarantee on the three items although I had three separate receipts. Additionally, when I bought two different items, I confirmed the items which were on clearance scanned the correct price. The cashier said yes and only once I got the receipt I saw that only one was on clearance. The other one was regular price. When confronting him with the discrepancy and requesting a refund for the one that did not scan as clearance, he made me wait until he got his line down before he refunded the money stating that this customers Waited in line. I too had waited in line a long time and due to his negligence in deceit. I had to wait again for everybody to be cashed out before he issued me a refund. This was not acceptable. I believe that this store needs additional training on Customer Service as well as how to apply the twice as nice policy. I never heard that if you return more than one item the policy applies only on one item. The store loves it when you cash out 100 items, but they would only do double back guarantee on one item....

Read moreI have been going every week for about a year, due to my work schedule ,I always arrive around 7:20 pm with some time for some of my purchases, last Thursday, January 20, 2022, I have had the worst experience with this cashier, male, African American he was the only worker at that time with those characteristics, about 5 minutes before the store closed in a very rude way he began to shout that it was time to close everyone should come to the front because he closed the registers, a lady who was behind me, mentions that it is not the way to throw customers like that, and the cashier in a very bad way answers him back, that because we did not come to have our purchases before, because of us he should stay a few extra minutes, and I totally agreed that at closing time we want to go home to rest, I also work in retail and I understand it, but it is not the correct way to give the message by shouting and arguing with clients.
