Machines are a little finicky, but the flavor selection is decent. The flavor is not super strong but it gets the job done. The fruit toppings were all frozen and not thawed so skipped those. The other toppings were great selection.

Suggestions to management! :) Popular flavors in my hometown are avocado tart, plain tart, and taro tart, strawberry (in addition to existing flavors) Consider simplfying the smoothie menu by removing protein powder from each item and adding a subtext like "Includes choice of whey or plant protein" under each heading Add a list of items that could be added to a smoothie/acai bowl, instead of a generic "$1 to add whole food item", you can list each thing and set a specific price (e.g. avocodo 1.50, hemp seeds 1, etc), tropical smoothie cafe could be a decent reference for menu...

The price is not worth the amount of frozen yogurt at all. We paid $11 for the smallest cup filled halfway up. Furthermore, the taste was super artificial. Even the atmosphere inside the building was incredibly cold and unwelcoming. After pumping the ice cream and putting the toppings on top of our ice cream ourselves, the tip options were 15, 20, and 25 percent. The cashier gave us a very frustrated look when we pressed no tip, although he gave us no service whatsoever. We would highly recommend sweet peaks, genuine ice cream, or even Dairy Queen over this place. Paying $11 for pretty bad ice cream here would get you 2 big scoops of great tasting ice cream almost anywhere...

I've heard that this place was under new ownership. We decided to try it since we are here on a business trip. I have the kids here playing games while I study. The kids and husband made their selection. The total for all 4 of us was a little over $30, Not so bad considering we let our two littles serve themselves! I went with the vanilla/watermelon swirl, mini semi-sweet chocolate chips and cherries. The watermelon was strong, Vanilla was mild so it balanced out. Good customer service. Soap dispensers were out of soap in the wash area. She was working her little tail off though. I hope This place...
