I find buying a phone to be one of the most difficult things to do. I'm overwhelmed by the technology of phones. I'm never in the mood for phone shopping. Meka made my experience buying a phone that I didn't want to buy but had to due to breaking my existing phone, a calm experience. She answered all of my questions and was very patient with me the entire time. I came into the store after work and was very tired and most certainly not in the mood to buy a new phone. She made the process smooth and easy! We also socialized as we were were waiting for the phone to be set up and she was so very nice to talk to. I truly dreaded walking into the store but Meka turned that dread right around. Thank you, Meka for all your help and the pleasent conversation we had.    Read moreIf you go here to upgrade your phone, just know theyâll enroll you in all kinds of extra features that you didnât ask for or even authorize. Is that even legal!? Carmen was the nicest person to deal with but I feel like I was extremely misled when my first bill came out and I had to call AT&T directly to have them remove the unauthorized charges. My advice to anyone would be to go to a corporate store for an upgrade, you wonât have to wait for a phone to get ordered and Iâm pretty sure theyâll be transparent AND ask if you want around $30 in charges added to your account each month!! UNSUCESSFUL IN GETTING THE PHONE GOING, TOLD ME TO CALL 611 AND DONE WITH ME. I SPENT TIME ON THE WEEKEND WORKING WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE VIA PHONE. STILL NO SERVICE, BUT THEY WERE VERY helpful.
