They have a good thing going with the cheaper prices. However customer service can be a hit or miss. I called a couple times, the first time I called the lady was nice. The second time I called, the lady was a bit rude, they were different ladies each time I called. I ordered and they told me it would be delivered to the store in one week. It actually took over two weeks. Then when I went to pick it up, they told me to go to the side of the building. There were no signs pointing on where to go, and I spent 20min trying to figure it out. Then I found the door to pick it up, and the gentleman that was helping me barely spoke English, so it was difficult for him to find my order, and he ended up having to find another employee that was more fluent.
