Gordon Food Service Store — Local services in Bradley

I have always been a huge fan of this store. Today I tried the curbside pickup for the first time. I am the mother of boys, one of which is immunocompromised, and I had been hearing complaints of "nothing to eat" for days. I made it a mission to get everything they could possibly want in one stop with as little contact as possible. This store was the perfect choice. The manger on service didn’t care about a problem that I had at his store. He seemed too focused on other tasks than helping me with my problem. There was no apology on behalf of the store when a cart that no one had picked up slammed into my car. He just went to tell his coworker about my problem. I wasn’t expecting to get anything. I was just warning him so it didn’t happen for someone else. He ignored me and tried to walk past me to go talk to his coworker. Went into the store to get food for my daughter's birthday party and I needed help getting two items that weren't stocked and even though the guy did it, he acted like I was bothering him because he had to go in back and look for a pack of beef hot dogs, and then pull a BBQ chip box down... sorry that I bought two items from your store that you had to stock... then we thanked him several times and he did not acknowledge that I said anything to him.
