Today... December 26, 2022...we went back to the Braintree store... still loving our bedroom set, we went back and bought the leather living room set and a recliner we have been thinking of since we left the last time a few months ago...we were met by Jonathan (Jon) and yet ANOTHER great sales experience! He was very helpful and not over-bearing. Extremely knowledgeable about the different types of leather and offered different options for color and style. Thank you very much Jon for being so helpful and for Bernie and Phyls Furniture store for great quality and beautiful furniture!! We will see you again. Our home is filled with furniture from this AWESOME store!!! A very happy and satisfied Customer!!âşď¸
We went to Bernie and Phyls a week ago in Braintree and were met by sales associate Richard Trieber who was extremely friendly and quite patient. We were in search of a bedroom set and we were planning to look at a livingroom set as well...he lead us to the bedroom sets and let us know that he would be available for any questions. We browsed without being pressured and he was available to answer questions as we needed without having to chase him down...a very good experience. We then asked about the leather livingroom sets and he was extremely knowledgeable about them and we left feeling pretty confident about what choices were at our hands and we told him we would be back eventually to purchase something. We live near a closer store, but chose to go back and work with Rich...again he was very pleasant and helpful and we purchased our bedroom set. We got a great deal and he reminded us of an additional perk that saved us money due to the last purchase we made from your store over 5 yrs ago...we never used our protection plan and we were able to get this towards our new set. On a side note...the quality of your furniture is something that keeps us returning to your store! An EXCELLENT experience and we will be back for our livingroom set eventually and we will look for Rich again!!! Thank you very much Rich it was great doing...

My husband spent the afternoon with Philip Gavin, selecting a new Temperpedic matress with all the necesities . Philip certainly knows his products! I spent the afternoon with Marizta Barthelemy, and I bought a couch and matching recliner. I was able to pick out fabric, for pillows and then decided I would take sometime to look at coffee tables and side tables., I took some photo's to share with my husband, and discussed calling Maritza, early on Sat. morning of the August Tax Free Holiday Sale. She answered her line and took my order for a "tilt cover" coffee table and 2 side tables, and the "Blue Harbor table" that I saw on line. After we spoke, I realized I had not ordered the 2 lamps, that were on display on the side tables. Maritza took that order and we agreed that the furniture would be deliver for 8/22. Our daughter contacted the store to confirm her furniture delivery and asked Customer Service if it would be possible to deliver her order and my order together? I am happy to say her request was honored and the truck was full upon delivery! My husband and I went to our daughter's house to see all of the furniture and when we saw the tables, they were similar in design, but had black stain on them instead of the oilyff~white seasoned color. I am happy to say I sent our daughter the pics, of the tables and after being put on hold, Custoner Service told her they would deliver the correct furniture this coming Tuesday! I grew up in a large family that had several business." Customer Service is key! It was quite an expensive week! And now this week, I saw a commercial that you are offering customers a $300.00 gift card I look forward to shopping again at Bernie...
Wanted to buy a mattress & take advantage of the tax-free holiday. I went 2 days before the holiday to avoid the crowds. When I arrived, I was the only customer in the mattress section when Darrien Lavalle immediately came to my assistance. I gave him an outline of what I was looking for in quality, personal preferences and price. He patiently showed me several options and detailed the benefits of each model, letting me test them several times so I could be as confident with my purchase as possible. I so appreciated Darrien's expertise and his honesty which helped greatly in making a decision. He explained he would enter the order early on 8/9 and explained to me how I could either pay online or call the store to pay over the phone which is exactly what transpired this morning! He even left me a message in the morning alerting me that he had emailed the invoice. Great follow-up! Darrein made the buying experience effortless. He is so pleasant too. B&P's has an excellent salesman in Darrien and he should be complimented on his exceptional sale skills!
