I’m writing to express my disappointment with how I was treated at your South Shore Plaza, MA pop up on 12/28. I went to return a brand-new hoodie, delivered within 30 days, and to request a quality assurance check for a t-shirt purchased within a year that clearly had quality issues. While the male educator assisting me initially accepted the return of the brand-new hoodie, he consulted a senior female educator, and the situation took a frustrating turn. She refused the quality assurance request for the t-shirt, stopped him from processing the brand-new hoodie refund to recheck its eligibility, and stared at me in a way that felt accusatory, as if I was trying to commit fraud. This was humiliating and unlike anything I’ve experienced at other Lululemon stores, leaving me to wonder if I was treated this way because I’m a person of color. I've been a loyal Lululemon customer for years, but after my recent visit, I'm seriously considering boycotting the brand altogether. When I walked into the store today, I wasn't greeted by any sales associate. However, a blonde lady who came in right after me was promptly greeted and asked if she needed any help. It was obvious that there's racism going on. If I had been a white woman, I would've been greeted rather than blatantly ignored. I felt completely invisible during the 10 minutes I was there. I went to this lululemon this past Monday and Tuesdays Nov. 17th & 18th 2025, I have shopped a lot of lulu as I am a collective pinnacle member. I have always received amazing customer satisfaction and service. However this Braintree location is my favorite, everyone is so nice and helpful everytime I go. Kirsten specifically is the best and SO helpful. This past week she went above and beyond to meet my expectations of customer service.
