I hate shopping and don't like interacting with people in general. I was less than thrilled to have to find 'garden party attire' for a party this weekend. And I don't have a good idea of what the heck that is anyway. I gave this store a shot and I am so freaking glad I did. Yes, as someone else mentioned the staff are very interactive, which normally I want to be left alone. But since I didn't really know what I needed, I had to interact. (And I'm a walking stereotype of an almost middle aged white lady, so I'm leaning towards them not targeting minorities like another review mentioned) They were so helpful. They pretty quickly figured out what type of styles/colors I liked or didn't like and flexed to that. The clerk helping me ended up pointing out a dress I hadn't even noticed that I absolutely fell in love with and was perfect for what I need. The other clerk then suggested a belt for the dress that works with my body type significantly better than the belt the dress came with. I got this dress for my wedding rehearsal dinner from this Queenia’s location at the South Shore plaza. The store personnel at this location absolutely went above and beyond in the process of helping me find the perfect dress for my rehearsal dinner. I was completely swept off my feet from the moment I walked in the store. I told them my vision and they went about finding several beautiful dress options for me and even paired with accessories and shoes. They were SO warm, friendly, polite, and so easy to work with. I felt like they were friends! Also, they even ordered this dress in my size and held it for me at the store—world class service and going above and beyond for the customer. I loved the dress and it fit so beautifully. It was $180– the quality is superior and material is extremely fine. It’s well made and fit perfectly. I LOVE this shop! I love Queenia located in Braintree, MA of the South Shore Plaza Mall! They have some of the most beautiful clothes at reasonable prices. The style is chic, sophisticated, feminine, classy, and graceful. You can always find something for any special occasion. Everyone on the staff is very helpful!!! My Mom and I always go in and Karen is there to greet us. Karen is the best because we don't always know exactly what we want but, she has an excellent talent for seeing what products works great with each customer (especially colors). Sometimes she helped us find gorgeous things we didn't think would work. But when we tried the dresses on, or added a suggested accessory, it was the PREFECT LOOK! I've never left that store without a smile on my face and a feeling of excitement. It's the clothes, the excellent customer service, and the atmosphere the staff creates.
