Texas Roadhouse — Restaurant in Branson

Came to the road house hungry drove all the way from Huntsville Texas to install air conditioning unit. After the install went to the road house here in Branson picked out (2) 20oz Ribeyes and they tagged them. While we sat down took the rest of the orders. We finally got our ribeye steaks I said that don’t like like the one I ordered and my friend and other friends said that that was mine. So I started eating it was good and delish. We got done with our meal on the way out I noticed that the one we chose were still on the pick your steak window because it still had the flags that were put on when they gave us our ticket. So apparently we did not get the steak we chose they gave us the steak that they chose for us. Which is not right. Tried to talk to the lady manager on duty she said oh well that she could not do nothing about it. Did not even apologize for the mishap. As a customer that was in satisfactory. The food was great don’t get me wrong the waitress was nice polite and friendly. But management on duty was unsatisfactory. (It was a lady manager on duty) The date was 10/27/2025 we were their group of 5 spent over $200 but did not get a steaks we ordered and management was...

This was a super disappointing experience. We absolutely love Texas Roadhouse and were so excited to have one down by our lake house in Branson to enjoy. We called ahead to reserve a table then waited an hour to be seated. Our waitress had zero personality and seemed to never come back to our table to check on us. When we finally received our food another hour later after ordering our steaks were well done when we requested medium rare and mashed potatoes were cold to the touch. The waitress never even asked us how the food was or if we had everything we needed. Had to hunt her down to get the bill which was hard to pay for when the food was so terrible. Highly don’t recommend and would have given 0 stars if that was an option. I never ever write reviews and I’m not a complainer but I feel like people should know...

Ordered a 80 dollar to go order. Didn't receive the two orders of fries at all, 4 piece fish meal was a 3 piece. Rolls were hockey pucks (noted they did provide plenty of butter). The fish was very bland and tasted watery. Called to inform and they transferred me 3 times to finally come to the conclusion they could refund it or I could come get it, we live 20 min away and food was already cold so chose for just a "voucher" no explanation of how to access use of that etc.

Positive note the lady in the to go order was very friendly. The manager I spoke with did seem to just be unsure of things, and im sure its because they just opened but she too was very friendly.

Possibly would try again at a later date but probably would opt for the Springfield location it is superior and branson just seems to ruin even the best...
